CERTAIN REPAIR TO PLINTH HARDSTANDING AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN SOUTH ZONE UNDER AGE BR DETT A OF NAUSHERA GARRISON OF GE 862 EWS

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm th (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- No extra cost to be borne by govt in r/o flooring overleaped with tile incl screed .Thickness to be considered as total thickness of overleaping.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, Aprons laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary including all necessary arches, pillars, quions etc built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in slope 1:12 from outer edge of the wall finished even and fair ,laid in alternate bays including providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between walling and plinth protection,joint filled mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bituminous 85/25 and 3 parts of sand (all by weight), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polythene film 150 micron thick laid over sub base layer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work (PQC) in pavement / hardstanding of flextural strength 40 kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic meter ,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less and including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The concreting shall be allowed only with Batching plant of self loading Concrete mixer and contractor shall not claim extra money for use of Vibrator.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 250mm including providing 20 mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules, spaced at 300 mm centres, including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for forming contraction(dummy) joints 65x10mm wide,filled with sealing compound for grade A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surfaces of conrcete pavement by brooming, complete all as specified and directed.
