SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I (B&R PORTION) :- Dismantling AC corrugated / semi corrugated sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre - painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings / cladding to wall etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams , hip and jack rafters , purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing new steel surfaces of any any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 600 mm x 600 mm GI bottom pre quoted exposed snap grid frame work with 25 mm x 25 mm x 7 mm wall angle and 25 mm web , 35 mm flange , 0.7 mm thick 'T' sections having with 4.0 mm dia GI wire upto 1200 mm long including level clip , soffit cleat and 12.7 mm dia metal rawal plug at 1200 mm c/c in both directions complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC laminated designed (one side PVC lamination and other side aluminium paper) Gypsum Board 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm thick tiles decorative type in GI grid frame work with screws or clips etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- Armstrong , Ark Stone , Cepro)

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings and similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel sections or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials new or old of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with creasote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq cm and over in section and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood in scantlings clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only second class hard wood in scantlings clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E&M PORTION) :- Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and M&L for sub main wiring with 3 runs of 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- Three runs of 1.5 sq mm copper cable and one run of suitable dia of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length)

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan complete with down rod and refixing the same after completion of false ceiling work and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling light any type complete and refixing the same after completion of false ceiling work and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling light complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor of any size from roof completly and refixing the same aluminium conductor and connecting with existing air termination rod with nuts , bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings and the like including weathering slightly , rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F porcelian insulators for fixing lightening conductors complete all as specified and as directed.
