Round the clock (24/7hrs x 365 days) Operation, monitoring and maintenance of 11KV Substation and associated HT, LT panels and switchgears, Transformer, DG sets, Distribution panels located at various location in the Mandara campus. Periodical Maintenance of Earthing stations, Lighting systems, DBs, UPS systems, etc as indicated in the Technical specifications. The offer shall include contractor OH & margin, GST, applicable minimum wages with in the contract period i.e 1 year from the date of issuing of the Work Order. Note: Any other item which is not specifically mentioned but necessary for its proper functioning and safety are to be included in the scope of work and cost.
