M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel ections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete ncluding cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate ncludes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all ncidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. III) For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

Labour charges for driving RS Joist , ISHB, ISMB,ISLB etc or other structural section of any type and sizes in all sorts of soil in tidal river(both high tide and low tide ) including hoisting and placing the RS Joist or other structural members in position cutting andsharpening heads if necessary before andafter driving with all hire and labour charges for necessary driving appliances and in all incidental situation if arises including hire chargesof heavy type of burge or pontoon fabricated with heavy staffing with mountain on burge or pontoon including all devicesfor driving Joist or other similar structural section including fuel and lubricants , carriage, skilled labours etc.will be supplied by the agency for execution to complete the work as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.The rate is exlusive of cost of Structural Members.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of materials machinaries and manpower cutting machining aligning anchoring welding finishing consumable Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting) XXXIV) a. chain

Surface cleaning of metal surfaces by chemical cleaners and then by hand with emary paper, wire brush and power tool cleaners and removing dust and preparation o f surface including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, etc., complete with initial lead for sand upto 1 km and all lifts.

Painting of Gates of Distributory /Branch /Minor canal / Pump Coloum pipe/Pump Discharge Pipe & other similar components on prepared surfaces with one coats of zinc phosphate primer (airless spray preferred) 50microns/coat and one coal tar epoxy, 150 microns/coat including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc., complete with all leads and all lifts.

Supplying galvanised straining bolts (with eye at one end with double nuts and washers) fitted and fixed complete. (i) 10 mm. dia. (a) 150 mm.

M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. ii) For other Structural works like galleries etc.

Supply of G.I wire netting of different mesh and made with different SWG G I wire at site as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge a)Mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm with 10SWG wire

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials).NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028cum/ bag.
