Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position, unframed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof tile, Mangalore pattern, inter locking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 05 here in before but, except tiles.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 0.63 mm thick, Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates in a average thickness of 50mm, as in levelling/ padding course on roof slab, projections on similar surfaces, with existing slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid integral Water Proofing Compound as per manufacturer instructions, laid over the RCC roof slab, parapet wall, when the concrete is green, at any height and making the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply of Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm /sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/Sqcm, side lap & end lap 10 cm with torch application of membrane, over compatible primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for frame size 605mmx605mm seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre, intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 10mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium/ G.I./M/S. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling of any description in CM (1:3) finished even & smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in flooring, tank Staging etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
