M&L for re-winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep comprising of the following works : (a) Opening of ceiling fan and removing of burnt copper winding and re-winding with equivalent super enameled copper wire incl varnishing heating and replacement of insulating materials as required. (b) Re-assembling including testing for satisfactory performance complete. (Note : Re-winding of fan and all repair works to be completed at MES store yard. Replacement of defective item shall be measured and paid under repective items as under herein after as supply only.

All as per item No 1 above but for 1400mm sweep.

All as per item No 1 above but for table / padestal /cabin fan 400mm sweep.

M&L for overhauling of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep after complete opening and cleaning of all dust properly including greasing and replacement of connecting flexible wire as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Overhauling of fan and all repair works to be completed at MES store yard and re-fixing/ hanging at site as directed. Defective item shall be measured and paid under repective items as under herein after as supply only.

All as per item No 4 above but 1400mm sweep.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan and fan blades in situ 1200mm sweep with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spary painting after preparing of old painted surface of body blade, down rod including filling of cavities with filler as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 6 above but 1400mm sweep

Taking down exhaust fan 230/300mm sweep from existing location for carrying out the following works :- (a) Opening of exhaust fan and removing of brunt copper winding and re-winding with equivalent super enamelled copper wire including varnishing heating and replacement insulating materials compelete. (b) Replacement of bearing and bushing and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spary painting after preparing of old painted surface of body blade, fitting arms including filling of cavities with filler as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Assembling and re-fixing of exhaust fan and complete testing for satisfactory performence (Note : Re-winding of exhaust fan and all repair works to be completed at MES store yard. Defective item shall be measured and paid under repective items as under herein after as supply only.

All as per item No 8 above but 375/450mm sweep.

Supply only AC film capacitor 2.5/3.15 mfd, 440 volts suitable for any type ceiling fan in FR plastic casing including connection complete.

Supply only AC film capacitor 4.0 mfd, 440 volts suitable for any type ceiling fan in FR plastic casing including connection complete.

Supply only Ball bearing of ceiling / exhaust fan of suitable size and make as required with alignment of shaft and testing complete.

Supply only Self lubricating bush of gun metal of same type for ceiling fan / exhaust fan as required.

Supply only Shaft of approved quality for ceiling fan / exhaust fan any make any type & size as required.

Supply only Rubber reel with a pair of clamp, nuts, bolts, split pins etc suitable for ceiling fan down rods of suitable size and make as per site requirement

Supply only Ceiling fan down rod of 15mm GI pipe length of 4 ft with making thread and hole for hanging of fan complete with painting and hanging at site all as directed.

M&L for writing the MES number on ceiling fan / exhaust fan / table fan pedestal fan / cabin fan any size at site or in store all as specified and directed at site .

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geyser) and capacity from clamp/bolts including disconnecting water and electric connection and re fixing the same and connecting up after cleaning of geyser and repair complete. (Note - Repair work shall be measured separately under respective items here-in after)

M&L opening up geyser of capacity 25/50 litre, checking defect, taking out u/s parts and re-assembling after carrying out repair / renewal work including nuts / bolts / wahers / gaskets / fusible plug etc wherever required and minor items not included separately in schedule. (Note - (Replacement of defective item shall be measured and paid under respective items herein after).

Geyser apparatus plate copper alloy chromium plated suitable for geysers 25/50 litre capacity including rubber gasket, nuts / bolts etc complete.

Heating element 1.5 KW, 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 25 litre capacity geysers of any type as required.

Heating element 2.0 KW, 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 50 litre capacity geysers of any type as required.

Heating element 2.0 KW, 230 volts, ISI marked suitable for 25 litre capacity geysers modular type with thermostate and socket as per sample and as required.

S&F water heater 25 litre capacity BEE star rating 5, vertical pattern in ivory colour, heating element 1.5 KW, connecting pioe, adjustable temperature setting knob for temperature settings between 250C to 750C, outer tank made of non metallic engineering plastic, inner tank made of extra thick superior cold rolled steel provided with high density PUF insulation complete with hanging arrangement.

S&F in renewal 20 amp, single pole and neutral, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top in power coated CRCA steel sheet enclosure recess mounted with chained cover for the socket outlet with and including one number single pole 'C' series MCB 16/20 amp as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FR-SH multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into into including PVC casing-caping not less than 25x12 mm ISI marked of 2x4 sqmm + 1x4 sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 15Amp Flug top Three Pin complete all as Specified and directed

Single pole 6 to 32 amp complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting electric connection, taking down/ keep aside the air conditioner (Split/Window)/Water Cooler/Refrigerator including stabilizer of any make and capacity,servicing the same as cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gaskit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and made functional the equipment fully and Re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (All new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.)

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton window / split type AC of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-32/ R 22/R-410 or any other refrigerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if requited will be measured and paid separately under the supply of respective items.

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in Refridgerartor/ Water cooler of any capacity , model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134A or any other refrigerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if requited will be measured and paid separately under the supply of respective items.

M& L for Dismantling of unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor (company repaired), suitable for existing same model/make of capacity 1.5/2 TR split/window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-32/R 22 in appropriate qty after making vacume the complete system and testing the A/C for proper functioning all as directed. .

Supply and fixing Cooling coil complete with fins made of copper suitable upto 2Ton/1.5 Ton capacity Window/Split type AC as per existing size and specification required in repairs of equipments mentioned against item No 1 here in above including dismantling, opening the equipments, assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : All the repairs shall ensured to be carried out at AGE (I) store yard including transportation of equipment and re-fixing at site.

S&F wall mounted type stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type designed for input variation between 170Vto 285V and with output voltage stabilizer at 230V with accuracy of +/-2.5%and capacity of 05 KVA complete and taking out old all as specified and directed.
