SMART PERIODICAL M&L for complete removal of existing treatement by scraping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per Sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit ofr above to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distermper using airless technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distermper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting subsequent coats.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Colour stay technology, excellent Drit pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless stray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed Note for item Nno 1 to 10 above (a) the work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacture of which the materials.i.e. Paint Distermpe, Cement base paint, Putty rtc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. The spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint & primer usage.
