Supply, installation,commissioning and testing of hi wall split type air conditioner inverter type of capacity 1.5 TR (4500 k Cal/hr) single phase suitable for 230 V + 10 %, 50Hz AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit using Non CFC refrigerant Gas, 5 star rating and energy efficient complete as comprising of following :- (a) indoor unit with three speed blower fan with motor of appropriate capacity including PCB,thermostatic control,air filter and drain for condensing water (b) Outdoor unit comprising compressor ,air cooled copper condensor with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building / on roof (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation (up to 3.0 Mtrs) ,condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safty accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing Unit with suitable size of copper cable. Make- Daikin/ O General/ Mitsubishi/ Hitachi Note :- (i). Cutting holes in walls/window of any thickness with cutting machine for installation of AC etc, connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after work shall be done and rate is included in above rate . (ii) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit wih indore unit and indore unit to voltage stabilizer inclusive in above rate. (iii) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation beyond 3.0 Mtrs will measured and paid seperately.

S & F Powder coated MS bracket/wall stand for fixing out door unit in wall or rooftop with necessary grouting MS hold fast, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH multistrand copper conductor cable of size 4 Sq mm drawn into and including non metallic heavy duty rigid concealed PVC conduit not less than 25 mm size ISI marked with all fittings / accessories and 04 Sq mm FRLSH multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified & directed.
