Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 4.0 core and connected with existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm x 3.5 core and connected with existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm x 3.5 core and connected with existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified. Note:-punned thickness only measured for payment.

Material and labour fire brick size of 230 x113 x 75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 50 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for laying 80 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine 20 KVA driven generating set 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF (Lag), liquid cooled 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per BS5514 / IS 10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364, including canopy, CPCB -II engine along with standard AMF panel and meeting the requirements of BS 5000 complete with relays, panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : Old u/s existing DG sets and connected items shall be dismantled and to be deposited in MES store yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge.)

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral , 415 volts out door type , CPRI approved, factory made free standing , floor mounting ,dust and vermin proof, cubical type LT panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2.0 mm for inner shell, with angle iron frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm , double door , front and back openable type, double door system, hinged opening , rubber lining,locking arrangement,with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester power coating with pure polyster Siemens grey structural RAL-7032 shade , protection class IP-54 fully compartmentalize design with 4 nos of bus bar made of copper of ETP grade suitable for 200 Amps ( Size of copper strip should not be less than 25 x 6 mm for each phase and neutral) pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip/ copper wire with colour code for connecting out going MCCB/ MCB`s, including suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS with danger notice plate , necessary cable glands , cable connection with proper lugs ,PCC foundation and pedestal for fixing piller feeder box / LT Panel with PCC 1:5:10 , 15 cm thick in foundation , brick (Fly ash) / PCC block work in CM 1:6 , rendering 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. (ii) Digital Ammeter---01 Nos with Suitable CT and wiring. (iii) Digital Voltmeter - 01 No (iv) Three indication lamp (v) Slector switch - 2 Nos.

M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25m below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by brass nut bolts washer including brazing the copper strip with copper plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation in any type of soil, filling charcoal and salt around the plate in layers , filling the pit with agriculture soil free from stones, to be bring from out side defence land, construction of PCC earth pit chamber of size 900 x 900 x 450 mm , RCC chamber cover plate, wire mess, funnel, test point, 32 mm dia GI protection pipe light grade and 40 mm GI medium grade peforated pipe for watering etc complete and testing on completion. The electrode and lead shall be of copper and connected with existing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : (i) Fresh soil will be used for filling the dug as required to achieve the desired resistance from out side. (ii) Copper strip will be laid below 150mm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection.(iii) Necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and connected plate and earth continuity conductor through double nut bolt and brazing of joints, argiculture soil to be bring from out side deemed to be included in the item rate.(iv) Copper strip upto 7.5 RM will be included in the item rate and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for copper earth continuity conductor of size 25x3.15 mm strip with insulator fixed to wall (porcelin insulater 10 BM heavy duty, ceramic bus bar support insulator off white colour of min size of 50 mm width x 70 mm length with 50 mm width bus bar mounting base) for fixing strip or drawn in conduit/pipe as required complete all as specified and directed . Note: Insulator to be fixed on every 50cm distance and cost of insulator is deemed to be included in unit rate of item.

Boring holes 2 m deep in soil for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for PCC Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
