Repairing of full cabin body including repairing of cabin floor,cabin mounting, water channel, & roof by M.S sheet changing the worn out all M.S channels thereafter fitting fixing the existing glasses with new gasket, wheel mudguard at both side & cabin finder mudguard at both side.

Replacement of foot board at both side with inner & outer core

Repairing of front show

Repairing of both side door with change of door panel, door pad, door bit, glass machine, door handle with all locking arrangement, bottom channel, door hinge, looking glass with handle at both side etc.

Dismantling cracked front glass, repairing of glass frame & fitting fixing the same to the vehicle

Replacement of front glass with glass rubber

Replacement of cracked front bumper

Replacement of broken air tank

Replacement of cracked coolant tank assembly

Repairing of Steering Unit complete with changing of bearing, bush, arm, oil-seal, packing & servicing & fitting-fixing of king pin

Repairing of rear dumper mounting (4 no’s) by cutting & welding with supply, fitting fixing of mounting with pad (4 no’s)

Repairing of M.S supporting structure of air tank with bracket & Replacement of battery box with cover.

Repairing , servicing of diesel tank with bracket, replacement of diesel tank pipe, cap with clamp

Dismantling silencer unit, Repairing of silencer box, replacement of silencer pipe (L type)

Replacement of rear mudguard at both side with new bracket & rubber guard.

Repairing of rear cross member

Replacement of unserviceable water separator, Mobil filter, Air filter & diesel filter with body

Repairing of wiper machine, Replacement of wiper blade with arm

Replacement of unserviceable Self Starter (24 Volt).

Renovate the seating arrangement of driver, helper & labour completely.

Recumbering of rear both side leaf spring with change of following items 1) special leaf spring, 2)helper main leaf spring, 3) 4th spring leaf, 4) center bolt, 5) U bolt etc.

Recumbering of front both side leaf spring with change of following items 1) main leaf spring, 2) 2nd leaf spring, 3) 4th spring leaf, 4) center bolt, 5) U bolt etc.

Dismantling and repairing of water pump with bracket including labour charges.

Decaling both inner & outer of cabin body, compactor platform, chassis by sand blasting or pre-treatment solution to expose original metal & one coat lead primer & double coats I.C.I. brand paints to be done.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Asphaltum Department to be written on both side of the rear body, front side & newly making stop plate on back.
