Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required.

Supplying & drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required .(a) 3x2.5 sqmm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

S/L of following size DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket ,bend ,couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930 ,part II complete with fitting and cutting ,jointing etc .direct in ground (75 cm below ground level )including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc, complete as required (a)63mm dia (OD-63mm ID -51mm nominal ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Fabrication,supplying & erection of following size flange mounted hot dip galvanized octagonal pole made from HT steel plate window with flash cover with full vertical window cover at appropriate hight from the base plate on existing cement concrete pedestal as required i/e supplying and fixing of 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4 mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped hole as reqd., terminal block suitable for 25 sqmm conductor-4 nos & shorting links on DIN channels i/c P & F DIN channel of suitable lenth,6 amps SP MCB 'c' characteristics,earth stud,cable support clamp suitable for for 4x25 sqmm cable. Logo/Name of manufacturer shall be embossed on the pole. Galvanization as per relevant IS. ( a ) 5.0 Mtr. Height, 3 mm thick, Bottom dia of 130 mm & top dia of 70 mm,base plate of size 225 mm x 225 mm x 12 mm thick.

Providing and laying in position M25 grade reinfoced cement concrete foundation of size450 mm(L)x450mm wide and 1000 deep i/c excavation of earh, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm dia- 960 mm long (approx)-8 nos and reinforcement of cold twister bar of 8 mm dia1400mm (approx) - 6 nos (with150 mm spacing) as required with supplying and positioning of 4 nos. foundation bolts of size 16mm dia, 600 mm long, J type i/c 2 nos. template anchor plates of size 225x225x3mm and providing DCW HDPE pipe for cable entry & exit as required for 3 mtr and 5 mtr pole.

Fabrication, supplying & fixing class B Galvanised single overhang arm bracket made out of 250 mm long galvanized top tube with cap and 1000 mm long 32 mm dia galvanized pipe with tightening bolts complete as reqd.

Providing and laying i/c HDPE pipe of 40 mm outer dia With PN rating 4 by hand molling/manual method conforming to IS 4984

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Armored cable 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 of 2x6 sqmm as reqd.
