Dadooing walls with 305 x 305 x 6mm best approved quality with printed design colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Repolishing the old Marble/Kotta stone flooring with electric polisher to high degree in three or more times high with rough, medium and nice polish stone.so as to be perfactly smooth and glossy appearance as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged screen rod with new SS screen pipe of 25/32mm dia with necessary end holding clamps to be fixed on wood/ wall surface using drilling machine. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, transportation, hire charges for tools, screws etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing cloth fabric screen of expert quality with top SS circular rings for window/doors. The screen cloth colour, type, design should be got approved from the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of material, cutting and stiching charges, transportation, labour for fixing in position etc., but excluding the cost of screen rod etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the broken and damaged SFRC Manhole cover slab with brackets with new one SFRC Manhole cover slab with brackets of 800x800mm size with best quality including fixing the same in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Renewing the Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of prepainted galvanized iron sheets of required colours with the following specification, The material should be of PPGI approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gague having width 1050mm.The sheet should be G.I base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws. Plastic washer.The washer and screw to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of z120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar polyster manglore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental desifns as per the site condition and as directed by the deptl.officers.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) (For First floor)

Renewing the damaged PLB board with new 8mm thick Bison board of best quality and brand in aluminium door with necessary replacement of rubber beading. the rate isinclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, transporting charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 1/2" x 3" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. (for Ground Floor)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 38/40 mm thick for bench arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of mineral fibre board false ceiling 15mm thick with Aluminium main tee and cross tees of 42mm ht. x 15mm wide sihouette sections. The main runners to be fixed with GI wire to soffit with GI Rawl plug at 1200mm C/C. cross runners with precise butt cut joints to be so placed to form 600 x 600 square grids of Armstrong or equivalent make etc., complete. All the materials should be got approved before use on work by the Executive Engineer.

Repaving the floor with Tactile paver of New Tek BT Yellow colour ceramic tiles of size 300x300x15mm for guiding/warning Tactile signal for persons with vision impairment in all floors over a base layer of Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg/m2 neatly in all floors, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 300x300x20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Best Varnishing Woodwork two Coats of approved quality in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Interior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3KM including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling etc., complete.
