Providing and applying White cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufracture .

Wall painting with Plastic emulsion paint of first quality approved brand & manufacture on undercoted wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth. Two or more coat (Internal side)

Finishing Wall with Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade new work two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10sqm over and including base.

Providing and Laying Double Charged Vitrified Tiles(600x600)mm made of kajaria or equivalent ISI Brand thickness specified by manufacturer with water absorption less than 0.8% and confirming to ISI:15622 .

Providing and Laying Rectified glazed ceremic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more size (thickness to specified by approved make and colour) of first quality confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in colours and shade.

Supply and fixing 6mm china White glazed Wall tiles 300x300mm size in flooring or in skirting or in Dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry .

S/Fabrication of MS Angle Door frame made with 40x40x6mm of required size including MS Tie Rod of 12 mm bar ,ISI MS hinge 3 no fixed with screw arrangement ISI marked with frame with hold fast of flat Iron 20x4 mm 150 long including one coat of red oxide.

S/Fabrication of MS glazed Windows of standard steel roller ISI Z-section of required size with MS flat iron hold fast 20x4 mm 150 m long including one coat of red oxide primer.

S/Fabrication of MS Grill made of 10 sqm bar approved pattern and design in required size including fixing with MS frame with one coat of red oxide primer.
