Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of reputed Make 30 Meter height High Mast Lighting System (as per specification enclosed )with all accessories such as 30 Meter height Galvanized Steel make, good quality High Mast Tower, Feeder Pillar for the High Mast Tower with the provision of both Electrically(Motorized) and manually lifting up and down the Lighting system through the High Mast Tower for its installation and maintenance,02 NOS Aviation Lamp for High Mast Tower (specification - BG AV 302 LED or equivalent), 12Nos.x350 Watt Heavy Duty, IP66, LED Flood Lights for each High Mast (Model: Bajaj Make, BJFL 350W LED or equivalent Make of Phillips, Crompton Greaves) including all civil works, excavation, foundation, disposal of surplus earth, providing shoring, strutting and dewatering if required and including supply of cement, steel, GI pipes and all other sundry materials, special cables etc. as required for each High Masts, including fixing and connection of fixtures, cables, earthlings, lighting rods and all mounting accessories and hardware as required, including all labour and materials as per approved drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer In-Charge. Make of High Mast with fittings: Bajaj /Phillips/Crompton Greaves. All materials are under the scope of the contractor.

Supply of 1100V grade, Aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and armoured cable (Make: Havells/Polycab/KEI/Finolex) of following sizes: (a) 3.5 core x35 Sq.mm All materials are under the scope of the contractor.

Laying of following size 1100V grade, Aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and armoured cable with the excavation of cable trenches and caution it by send and Brick and laying the cable through it from Main PCC Panel to each High Mast Feeder Pliller, Termination/energisation of Cable for power supply to High Mast, supported on structures/pull through pipes including supply and fixing of stainless steel pipe in road crossing/ aluminium/lead strip number tags, supply and applying of fireproofing paint to meet the OISD requirement(for 01 meter length near termination), supply and fixing of GI saddles and saddle bars etc. if required, including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation, unpacking including labour and materials, as per the approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) 3.5 corex35 Sq.mm (N.B:-Out of 1600 Meters of Cable, 800 Meters of 3.5 coresx35 Sq.mm Cable will be supplied by APL and it is to be layed) All materials are under the scope of the contractor.
