Taking down old damaged SGSW/UPVC/RCC pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation as per requirement of old fitted in trenches & S&F 150 mm dia RCC NP3 pipe laid and jointed complete including providing 150 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm grade stone agg as in bed for pipes incl packing under and huaunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid tested complete all as specified and directed .

All as per srl item No 4.00 above but 160 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and making good of broken manhole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150/160/200mm internal dia,blockage of bathroom/toilet kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps,blockage of WC Indian or European washing thoroughly grating of trap,CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes,removing all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI or UPVC pipes upto first manhole, Cleaning of CI pipes of any dia from first floor to ground floor upto trap and Ist manhole along the wall, floor, at any depth inciuding manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by manually as requierd at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposited in sewar line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is incl. in rate of this item and rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- (a) Contractor/supervisor take complaint from JE concerned all day and ensure to resolve all complain. with in same day. (b) Contractor shall make himself aquainted with the area & the complain received daily in general.No claim however shall be entertained in regard to any incorrect assesment or increase in complains due to unforescen reason. (c) All complains need to be cleared with in same day only. (d) No payment shall be made for Sundays & holidays. However department shall not give major work on these days and only major work requiring full day job of one mazdoor is required than department shall allow leave on another dy in compensation. No extra claim,however,shall be entertained in this regard.

(e)Contractor will deploy sufficent mazdoor(skilled or unskilled) daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above.The details of the mazdoor shall be submitted by the contractor to GE through Engineer-in-Charge.Insurance of mazdoor within 15 days commencement of work along with insurance from Govt Agency. Mazdoor will report daily or as required to Supervisor who will distribute complain after taking JE incharge from Subdivison at 0900 hrs and depart after attending all complaints. Incase of non attending complaints in same day ,recovery @250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor. (f) The contractor shall provide adequate tools,plants,clothing kit etc to rectify the complaints. (g) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited & dispose suitably all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cleaning of existing septic tank/soakage well/manholes/lines and de-sluding /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by removing the manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure/pumping machine as requierd making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge at site, from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposited in sewar line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines and manholes in same line is incl. in rate of this item and rate quoted also includes for keeping particular sewage line septic tank and soakage well which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (a) The contractor shall bailout entire blocked sewage in septic tank,soakage well,line etc and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Contractor shall make himself aquainted with the area & the complain received daily in general.No claim however shall be entertained in regard to any incorrect assesment or increase in complains due to unforescen reason. (c) Contractor will deploy sufficent mazdoor(skilled or unskilled) to attend complaint as mentioned above. Incase of non attending complaints sufficent time as decided by Engr-in-Charge but not more than 3 day ,recovery @ 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor. (d) The contractor shall provide adequate tools,pressure pump for cleaning blocked lines and pumping bailing out machine & storage tank for sludge. (e) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited & dispose suitably all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting side for repairing cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths circulating pipes and hoisting in same position of capacity upto and including 500 ltr and endorsed the word "CLEANED ON WITH DATE with white paint including replacement of broken/unserviceable fitting such as Elbow Tee, socket, nipple of any size complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 500 ltr but n. exc. 1000 ltr) and removing from site,S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 1000 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and brass valve 20mm high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC posts and struts any section including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed surface.

S & F in repair Galvanised, (hot dip) 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Chain link MS galvanised fencing of wire mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm all as specified
