At ASR 29/11 &ASR 28/10, Palam Airport
1. Operation of 4 Nos. 28 TR (2 x 14 TR) at ASR 29/11 Air Conditioner plant (Air-cooled condensing unit & Air Handling unit) round the clock (in three shifts) on all working days i/c Sundays & holidays complete as reqd.
Contractor shall have to depute the following minimum manpower.
(a) Operator cum A/C mechanic(skilled)- 1 No. in each shift (for three shifts) at ASR 29/11 and 01 no. reliever. (b) 01 no. AC Mechanic(skilled) and 01 no. khallasi (un-skilled) in general shift.
2. Comprehensive maintenance of 4 Nos. 28 TR (2 X 14 TR) A/C plant consisting of Air-cooled Condensing unit & AHU at ASR 29/11 Runway IGI Airport having scroll type compressors of Danfoss Make, Model No. SM 185S4CC provided in Blue Star make AC Plant i/c replacement of defective compressors with new compressor of Danfoss make only (i.e. including supply of new compressor), gas charging, replacement of defective condenser, AHU Filter, copper pipe line, piping thermal insulation, Fan Belt, bearing, MCCB and other accessories of ATS/LT panel, & any other defective components of A/C units (i.e. including supply of new componenets in place of defective components), rewinding of blower motors, Fan motor etc. complete as reqd, for one month.
3. Annual comprehensive maintenance of following capacity split type, split type invertor Air-conditioner units i/c replacement of defective compressor with new one of same company make (i.e. including supply of new compressor), gas charging, replacement of defective condenser, PCB, thermal insulation, drain pipe & any other defective components (i.e. including supply of new components in place of defective components), rewinding of blower motor, Fan motor, i/c comprehensive maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (wherever installed) complete as reqd. for 24 months.
(a) 1.5 Ton, Split type AC
(b) 1.5 Ton, Split type, invertor AC
(c) 2.0 Ton, Split type AC
(d) 2.0 Ton, Split type, Inverter AC
(e) 3.0 Ton, 3 Phase Split type AC
4. Comprehensive maintenance of water coolers of different capacity & make i/c the replacement of defective compressor with new one of same make (i.e. including supply of new compressor), gas charging & any other defective components (i.e. including supply of new components in place of defective components), i/c comprehensive maintenance of voltage stabilizer for above units (whereever installed) complete as required for 24 months.
5. Replacement(including SITC) of 14 TR compressor(Make - Danfoss, Model- SM 185S4CC) compatible with the exisiting 2x14 TR Bluestar make AC Plant i/c refrigerant gas charging(R-22) etc. Note:- The item may be a one time measure/event and will be executed only during Handing over/taking over of installations in case of defective compressor(if any) of the AC Plant.
