NOT COVERED UNDER THE NEW DRUG POLICY GUIDELINES ISSUED BY RAILWAY BOARD, THE PURCHASER RESERVE ITS RIGHT TO PURCHASE IT FROM THE FIRMS REGISTERED WITH NWR JAIPUR or MD-Central hospital/JP, WHO ARE EITHER MANUFACTURING, MARKETING OR EVEN DISTRIBUTING AGENCY FOR THE PRODUCT OFFERED. IN SUCH CASES THE INSPECTION OF MANUFACTURING UNIT IS NOT MANDATORY.
