Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 315 KVA, 11/0.433KV, AN, Oil Type Transformer with corrugated off circuit tap links of rating +5 to - 5% @2.5 %.by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear 315 kVA capacity transformer copper wound step down outdoor type, 11000/433 Volt (at no load), double wound, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-II (vector group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping changing at + /-7.5% in step of +/- 2.5 %, to be changed and the maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fittings including necessary foundation with block masonry work complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications, standard fittings (As elaborated in Srl No 2.01 here in after): - Note:- Transformer shall be double copper wound (Level -02) as per IS : 1180 (Part -1) 2014 with HT, LT cable Box.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning diesel Engine driven generating set of 160 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM, AC power supply, with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator, mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (shall have salient features), modular bolted construction & pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application/ installation, integrated design there by facilitating/ easy handling. The design of integral acoustic enclosure shall be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation / norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer complete with necessary weather proof shed with MS pipe 80mm dia for column and 40mm dia MS pipe for beam and arms with CGI sheets and PCC foundations with block masonry work and plastering complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications (As elaborated in Srl No 3.01 to 3.07 here in after):-

(A) ENGINE- Water cooled diesel engine of at 1500 RPM capacity to match the 160 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514/ IS 10001/ 10002. (B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. Brushless alternator shall be confirming to BS -2613 or relevant of IS-4722/ IS 13364. (ii) Type:- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator . (C) CONTROL PANEL The control panel with aluminium bas bar, bottom entry and exit of cable, current transformer, set of control fuses, Multifunctional Meter, it should display time and date, Volts, Frequency, Current, KW, KWH, PF, RPM, Cumulative Run Hours, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp, Charging current (DC Amp Meter). Emergency off, factory made floor mounted, totally enclosed, epoxy powder coated suitable for 160 KVA DG Set including all necessary operating controlled devices as stated above and MCCBs as out going with protection fuse for panel instruments duly wired with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as per latest IS/BS complete all as specified and directed.

(D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF:- (a) Fuel tank -one No. fabricated with 3 mm thick MS sheet with necessary mild steel structure for mounting the tank higher than the DG set) with piping. Capacity of tank shall be to hold diesel sufficient for 16 hours running at full load, with following features :- (i) Level indicator. (ii) drain plug . Notes for Item No 4.00:- (a) RMU shall be IAC AFLR 20kA/1s tested with gas release from top of the Switchgear to ensure utmost operator & pedestrian safety. Test report (from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs. In case the test report is not found suitable, the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. (c) Additional items like Operating handle etc. shall be delivered with the RMU. (d) RMU shall be completely motorised with all SCADA contacts, terminated on a designated Terminal Block for easy take off by the SCADA team for integration. Same contacts shall be clearly mapped in the Engineering drawings for approval with designated TB Nos. for easy identification and integration. (e) RMU tank shall be of 304 grade, Non-magnetic, Non-ferrite Stainless Steel. Inferior Grade of Steel shall not be acceptable. (f) RMU shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of trouble shooting at site and quick repair and restoration at site.

Notes for Item No 4.00 (Contd...):- (g) Earth switch should be on line side and should have making capacity. (h) Contractor shall purchase RMU directly from OEM and necessary factory inspection shall be arranged before dispatch RMU from OEM premises. The testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer after written confirmation received from contractor for RMU is ready for testing with all respect as per CA provision. All testing and inspection shall be carried out in OEM premises in presence of testing officer and contractor. The joint inspection report shall be submitted after completion of testing. All expenditure in this respect shall be bore by contractor and inclusive in quoted rate. No other charges admissible to contractor in this respect after ward.
