M&L for 10mm thick rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth wthout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&l for applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L for thick plain Cement concrete type Cement concrete 1:5: 10 (type E2) in foundations, filling and mass concrete 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying of 40mm outer dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 20mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
