Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical meansincluding M S pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge Profile B Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb (As per DSR 10.14.1.1)

Providing and fixing 5mm thick Acrylic glass Panes (Unbreakable) over existing chowkhats or glazed shutter, Window or Fixed with Preferably with Silicone or the nails M.S biding & wooden biding as per the site conditions including the cost of nails or Silicone etc complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary Aluminium fittings and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. P/F cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping (19 x 6mm) all around and fixed with chowkhats frame with piano hinges, screws and provide with 02 nos. aluminium handle (with base plate) 5", fevicol and 02 nos. magnetic catcher (double strip horizontal style) etc. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and preparation of surface complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge (N.S.)
