Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in Channels, angles, tees and flats (HSR 5.32.2)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (HSR 9.22.2) 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (HSR 11.6.2)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (HSR 13.27)

Construction of Embankment CBR 8% (for new road/ raising/ berms/ etc.) with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including compensation of earth with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.6)

Providing and Laying 60 mm thick ISi marked lntertocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 35 over the bed of 25 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect (HSR 17.69.3)

Providing & laying 150 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-I (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading I material (Based on HSR 17.15.1) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.
