Work

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil As per DSR (2.1.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) As per As per DSR (4.1.8)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) DSR 6.1.2

P/L in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. Rate as per DAR (5.1.2)

Centering and shuttering including struting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns. Rate as per DAR (5.9.1)

Brick work in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:6 cement & coarse sand) (6.4.2 )

Reinforced cement concrote work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chhajjas, lintels, bands,. plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five levet excluding the cost of centering. shutering, finishing and reinforcenment. with 1:1.5:3 (1 cemenn 1.5 coarse sand(zone-l) 3 graded stone ageregate 20 mn. Rate as per DSR (5.3)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. with water proof ply 12 mm thick As per DSR (5.9.20)

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein-forced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary.DSR 5.22.6
