Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete including provision of 01 No.1.5 mtr long 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe bracket fixed to pole with necessary MS clamps,bolt & nuts including wiring with 3 runs of 2.5sqmm copper cable drawn through and including 25mm non metalic rigid pvc conduit duly fitted to the pole with clamps from the terminal box at bottom to the light fitting (approximately ) 07 metre of length complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for Street light junction box of outer dimension 280x170x130mm, hinged door type, fixed on pole with MS clamp of suitable size, bolt nut and washers etc consisting of 2 Nos of aluminium bus bar,insulators,one number fuse kit 5 amps and connector block complete with necessary bracket for fixing to the pole etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 X 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 100mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade pipe with funnel and 40mm dia light grade as protection pipe, charcoal, salt etc connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion. Note : GI earth strip upto 7.5m shall be deemed inlcuding in the item.

External water supply Supply and laying in trenches Ductile Iron spigot and socket pipes as per IS:8329/2000 Class K9 including specials, rubber gasket suitable for push on rubber gasket joint with inside cement mortar lining and outside Zinc bitumen coating of size 100mm dia to connect main pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix CI Air release valve with double air outlet ball type having flanged end joints suitable for 100 mm dia CI water mains including jointing materials such as 3mm rubber gasket 01 No, 10mm dia nut & bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing 100mm CI pipe line and for inserting 50 mm dia branch connection and including inserting Tee of size 100x100x50 mm to connect existing pipe line from Main shallow well complete all as specified and directed. Note : CI Fittings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for cutting of existing road/ floor for laying of CI/GI pipe line including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:4:8 type C1 by (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve pit with brick masonry of full brick thick of 1.2x1.2x1.2mtr sizes on 100 mm thick foundation in PCC 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick hard core, including 15 mm thick CM (1:4) both internally and externally plastered and 3.0mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including angle iron frame necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed. (Location : One lakh gallon, C tank and Prop Shallow wells)

Supply, install and testing of Open well submersible pump set 7.5 HP capacity, AC three phase 415 V with head 20 Mtr and Max capacity 73800Ltrs/Hrs, delivery pipe size 65x50mm supported with 14mm nylon rope complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flat PVC insulated, 3 core 4 Sqmm multistrand copper cable from submersible pump set to panel, testing and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and directed.

STANDBY DG SET Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set , 415V , AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, engine as per IS:10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation as per OEM design, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms complete etc. of capacity 15 KVA all as specified.

STANDBY DG SET/ EXTERNAL ELECTRIC Supply and spread riddle earth in trenches for cable protection on top and bottom of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of 18cm shall only be considered for payment.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps fixed on panels and testing complete all as specified and directed.
