Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling basement with available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating and watering etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, three M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) for partition walls etc., in Ground level including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying terrace lime concrete weathering course with grade brick aggregate 25 mm nominal size and 50% mortar comprising of 1 lime putty and 2 surkhi and curing including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing 25mm dia. PVC pipe 10 kg. per cm2 working pressure in wall, ceiling and floor with necessary clamps and screws, making holes in the wall wherever necessary by drilling holes in the roofs and walls, packed the holes with necessary brick works or concrete wherever necessary plastering the surface smooth with required scaffolding including cost of pipe and special such as elbows, tee, union joints, reducer etc., cutting threading etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 50 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make heavy duty Gun Metal Wheel Valve at 25mm dia. of approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 12 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinaware water closet of indian style (white color) of approved quality (make parryware/Hindware) and size 580mmx440mm with foot rests (Oriya type) with necessary 'P' or 'S' trap in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) and plastering with CM 1:3 (one cement, three sand) finshing roughly to receive floor finish including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of 600 x 450 mm size Mirror of best make, first quality approved by the department including plywood back, plugs, screws etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 X 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of 100mm inlet and 75mm OD outlet PVC floor Nahini Trap of self cleaning design including necessary cement mortar should be provided wherever if required with necessary cement concrete 1:2:4 for embedding, curing, finishing including all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Manhole Cover 60 x 60cm Heavy Duty with Frame Cover with necessary locking arrangements with hinges, handle, other required fittings with open and close type arrangements to cover the existing manhole in Port area including cost of all materials, lock, labour, fabrication charges, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity Sintex double layer water tank with approved brand including cost of PVC water tank, making connection with input and output water pipe line and valves. Cost inclusive of all materials, labour charges, & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of costof granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
