Schedule ‘A’ Part I “BUILDING/STRUCTURES ” Design and construction of RCC M-25 framed Structure (Two storeys) on existing ground floor building with permanent Specifications in RCC M-25 with PCC block masonry panel walls, ATT, PU based WPT, earthquake resistance as per latest IS etc incl RCC foundation for stair portion and making good existing ground floor and first floor including applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over old painted surfaces etc complete all as specified and as shown in Architectural drawing / Approved structural drawing. Note:- The contractor shall submit structural design & drawing of the building under Sch 'A' part I (prepared based on Architectural drawing forming part of tender document) duly vetted by any IIT / NIT or any Govt engineering college within the time limit shown in schedule 'A' notes.

S&F MCCB, 415 volts, 4 pole adjustable thermal setting type 25 KA, 100 Amps complete as specified and as directed.

S&F Angle cock / valve 20mm dia chromium plated fancy type with long shank and cup with capstain head screwed both end for PP-R pipe complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of existing water storage tank of any capacity by disconnecting existing PPR / GI pipe line without damaging, keeping in safe custody till completion of new two storey structure and refixing on new roof including PCC foundation with proper inlet / outlet connection and all necessary fittings such as nipple , union, sockets, float valve etc complete as specified and as directed. Note:- Irrespective of whatever shown on drawing, total 04 water tank as shown in BOQ or numbers as directed by EIC shall be removed and refixed in new location. The cost of PCC platform required for placing water tank shall be included in the quoted rate of building under Sch 'A' part I
