REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LIGHTS, SWITCH GEARS, DBS, POINTS/SUB MAIN WIRING, FANS AND EXHAUST FANS AND GROUNDING WITH ALLIED WORK AT RESIDENTIAL AREA ZONE-1 AF STN KALAIKUNDA

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten/ conduit/ gutties/ wooden boards/ switches/ sockets/ regulators/ light fittings etc and seperating the serviceable items like fan regulators and light fittings for re-use under respective items and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

S&F point wiring for one light point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade,as per IS 694: 2010 , ISI marked , PVC insulated unsheathed cable (with approved colour code) FRLSH cable drawn in & including PVC casing caping of 25 mm wide, with double locking type, including all accessories casing caping as approved by EIC, with PVC 1.5 mm multi stranded insulated unsheathed copper wire, ISI marked of green colour for continous earth, including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable duly painted with aluminium paint inside and anticorrosive paint out side with 2.8 mm thick bakelite hylam sheet cover, ISI marked with CM/L no. for mounting switch & sockets for the following:-

All as per item 2.00 here in before but for one Ceiling Fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator

All as per item 2.00 here in before but for one 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

M&L flameproof point wiring, surface wiring with necessary fixing arrangements with stranded PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including 16 gauge stove enameled ERW rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 19 mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including PVC-FRLSH insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing for one light, fan point controlled by one switch all as specified and directed

All as per Item No.8.00 here-in-before but with FRLS grade, (ISI mark) PVC insulated and unsheathed two run multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm for one power point of 15 Amps on independent board including FRLS grade (ISI mark), PVC insulated, unsheathed one run multi-stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
