Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cable/pipe etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of HDPE DWC pipe ISI mark of outer dia 110 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable icluding coupler and bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Supreme / Infra / Astral/Prince

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor transformer including all connections, of AC three phase , 50 HZ, 160 KVA, LEVEL II capacity transformer step down, out door type 11000/433 Volt (at No Load) copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary (HV) side and star connected on secondary (LV) side in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11/vector group-4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV ) Side & having tapping in equal steps of 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap change /correct LT voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary, standard fittings mainly comprising of following notes specified in BoQ item no 7.01 and 7.02:

(k) Oil Level gauge. (l) Oil Drain and filter valve (m) Oil filter hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (n) Lifting Lugs (o) Air Relief valve plug (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (q) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength. (r) Extra bushing for neutral outside the LT cable box for providing independant earthing for neutral. (s) Provision of 02 Nos of danger notice board 250x200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS Plate, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures in Marathi, Hindi and English of voltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side . (t) Any other fittings /accessories so as to conform the whole transformer to IS-2026. (u) Buccholz Relay. S&F of HT 11 KV out door non-linear type lightning arrestor with mountings, accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure / GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encased in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth strip with nuts, bolts and washers, transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 KA and rupturing capacity 5 KVA and suitable for working pressure 9 KV RMS compelete including taking down old lightning arrestor including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replcement of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including HT 11 KV porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating including dismantling existing one complete all as specified and as directed.
