Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works such as levelling, RCC road , Footpath, External Sewerage, Filtered Water Supply, Distribution line , Peripheral grid , Unfiltered Water Supply distribution lines, storm water drain, Rain water Harvesting , Horticulture & Landscape, Earth filling, RCC Retaining wall cum Boundary, Side entrance and Exit gate with guard room & ticketing zone, Solar water heating system, Hydropneumatic water supply system, Sewerage + Effluent treatment plant and Tubewell with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , Rising Main, Bus Trucking, UPS system, Solar photo voltaic power generation system, CCTV system , LAN system, IP based EPABX System, LED Street light and boom barrier with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Designing, planning, Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF work with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Cricket Ground Development (Outfield) to be designed and executed as per BCCI/ICC Standards.

Pitch/Wicket Square to be designed and executed as per BCCI/ICC Standards.

Sub Surface Drainage System to be designed and executed as per BCCI/ICC Standards.

Automatic Field Irrigation System (Pop up Sprinkler) to be designed and executed as per BCCI/ICC Standards.

Audio & Video System covering entire gamut of stadium including commentary box with linking facilities with OFC cables till the main gate and the locations.

High Mast Flood Light (Six Mast Design). LED system to achieve international level of lighting including masts, foundations, cables, electrical panels, LED lights, drivers etc including any other functional and operation requirements as per BCCI/ICC Standards.

Supplying, Installation and commissioning of Furniture work (Stadium Seating, Hostel & Coach Accommodation Furniture) including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge

Low Side Sanitary Fixtures, Fittings, Electrical Fixtures, Fittings, DB’s, Panel etc and any other Capital Equipments and accessories which requires maintenance ESS, DG SETS, TRANSFORMER and as per CPWD Maintenance Manual 2019: Operation & Comprehensive maintenance ESS, DG SETS, Transformer units after three-year warranty charges/maintenance. The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Operation & Maintenance a) For 1st year (Concurrently with DLP of 12 Months)

The rates shall be inclusive of all spare, accessories, consumbles, manpower, tools and tackles, replacement of parts, (except fuel, power and water) including routine servicing and maintenance of equipment etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge. Operation & Maintenance For 1st Year (Concurrently with DLP of 12 Months)
