Fixing of Q series relay base plate/metal to metal relay mini group and major group base plate, laying, bunching, lacing, dressing & packeting of 60/40 core PVC indoor cable/flexible 4 wire and termination of 60/40 core cable/flexible wire on tagblock/base plate & base plates & soldering. This includes fuse wiring, bus bar looping etc. required for keeping installation ready for circuit wiring work & panel throughing work. Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Mtr. depth alongwith laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from the bottom of the rail/road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The cable shall be entered in such a way that, armouring shall protect the cable near sharp edge of entry point and armouring shall be clamped between pipe fixing bracket and body of point machine. Transferring of signalling/Telecom cables from existing location box to New location box. The work include breaking/dismantling of existing foundation of locations, excavating and removing /segregating coils of this cables which may be of about 10 mtr in length .These cables are then to be disconnected and removed from the existing locations one by one as per the instructions and under the supervision of railway staff present at site. The cable is then to be inserted and terminated in new location box. The item includes neatly dressing of cables marking wiring tree etc. The material required for dressing /lacing will be arranged by contractor at its won cost.
