Schedule-I : Engineering Services

Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing :- Conducting route survey of the Lanka Town as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals, showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & existing Intake/ Deep tubewell, important land marks in both side of the roads, reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer and after approval shall be executed for entire project area.

Schedule-II : Deep Tube wells and Submersible Pumps

A) Design, installation, development, testing and commissioning of Deep Tube well Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools,plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge,with .Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/ plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 5.40 mm, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture,including hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete,for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. . of size 200mm X 300mm with ERW MS perforated pipe casing including supplying all materials, including Transportation of drilling rig and equipment, erection at site, Pilot boring with 80 mm dia size. Supplying, Lowering & sinking of well assembly including welding of pipe joints for 200mm, 300mm dia ERW M.S. casing pipe and 200mm dia. M.S. strainer pipe including supplying M.S. Collar of suitable size made out of 40mm dia X 6 mm thick M.S. Flat by cutting, welding and tuning etc. all complete as required and as directed. Fabrication and supplying of M.S. Cone of 300 mm dia 1.00 m long. Developing of the D.T.W. with air compressor, Make- Kirloskar / Cumins all complete as directed. Supplying and packing pea gravel around the periphery of casing and other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. (2 nos DTW )

Civil works: Construction of 2 Nos meter room on RCC framed structure of size 2.40mx2.40mx3.0m with pile foundation including all Doors & Windows, B.B. Maonry superstructure, plastering, finisihing , painting etc complete. as per specificatins of CPWD, laid down at two locations (2 Nos)

Designing, Providing, erecting, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set Submersible Pumps for Borewell 30 HP, 3 phase 415V AC @ 50 Hz, Suitable for 55 mtr head, 21.00 LPS Overall MOC as per design & specifications at two locations including 11 kv 2 Pole. Structure for Transformer Supplying & erecting D. P. Structure for 11kV/0.415kv 25 KVA Transformer with R.S.J. Pole 2 Nos. of size 100 x 116 mm x 11 Mtr. as incomer & 6 Nos. 100 Amps Kitkat / MCCB for out going circuits. Transformer D.P. Structure includes the A. B. Switch 200 Amps, D.O. fuse Set & L.A. Set. 2 and connection with 8 SWG GI Wire to complete structure and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. including cost of Transformer & allied accessoeies.of required discharge and head as per approved design, conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3-ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. MS black column Pipe of Heavy duty conforming to IS-1239-Part-I (2004) standards directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main

DI - K9 Pipes for Raw water Pipes and Specials: - Design, Providing, laying, hydro-testing, disinfection and commissioning of raw water transmission main of S&S Centrifugally (Spun) / Ductile Iron K-9 Pipes conforming to IS : 8329, push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and the cost of rubber gasket, appurtenances and chamber air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, MS dismantling joint, rubber ring and suitable for 16 kg/cm2 working pressure with required flanges of suitable size with nut and bolt etc. complete. The joint should have long bolts so that during normal working pressure there should be no sliding movement of sliding flanges LOF (length over flange) should not be less than 75% of dia including third party inspection (Pre and Post), all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading,. Road cut / nalla/Stream/drain/ culvert crossing, jointing and hydro-testing including dismantling of all type of pavements, and foundations Including Excavating trenches in all types of strata of required width for pipes, sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated soil, bedding, dewatering if necessary, thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals & refilling, including all upto commissioning, as directed, including Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC Thrust blocks wherever necessary, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer. Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. This item includes Oxidation Induction Time Test confronting to IS 4894 : 2016 at both ends by two different agencies through Perkin Elmar Instrument and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Schedule-IV : Existing WTP (3.60 MLD Retrofiting Work)

SITE FORMATION LEVEL :- levelling of Existion WTP Premices, with providing & supplying & levelling with all hard murrum, & boulder, including construction of RCC M30, sludge dtrain of 30 m length, & HDPE drain pipe of 20 mt including chamber of size 1.50m dia & bottom & 0.56m at top Including Excavating trenches in all types of strata of required width for pipes, sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, backfilling of trenches with approved grade excavated materials, dewatering if necessary as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Retofitting of exsting WTP Componants :- Dismentalling existing , 10 nos winows & providing & fixing steel windows with gl;ass pannles including all fixures & fastening , Removal of plaster over damp portion of wall of WTP & Providing & applying cement plaster in C.M. 2:4 Including Painting with silicon & acrylic emulsion based water thinnable sealer of approved brand and manufacture on wet or patchy portion of plastered surfaces & Epoxy paint RCC with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc com[plete. Interior & Supplying and placing of filter sand of hard and resistant quartz, uniform size and shape free from dust, clay, soft grains, dirt and any other foreign materials includind inorganic salt and organic substance, washed and screened. Having uniformity coefficient between 1.3 to 1.7, effective size between 0.45 to 0.70mm, ignition loss not exceeding 0.7% by weight, soluble fraction in Hydrochloric acid not exceeding by 5% by weight, silica content not less than 90%, specific gravity between 2.55 to 2.65, wearing loss less than 3% as per IS: 1419 (Part-I):1977 all complete as directed. as per Technical Specifications and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Approch Road In Internal WTP - 3m width x 100 mtr length :- Clearing and Grubbing Road Land, Excavation in Cutting in Soil by manual means with lead upto 50 m, Excavation in ordinary Rock by manual means , Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1), Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting, Modified Penetration Macadam, Bitumen (S-90), WBM Grading 1 Using stone screening Type-A 13.2 mm for Gr.I, WBM Grading 2 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.II, Bituminous Macadam, Prime Coat Low porosity, Seal Coat, Surface Dressing using Bituminous (Penetrations grade / modified bitumen) Binder, RJ Joist Pole (7 mtr) 175x85 mm, LED street light fitting, cement concrete foundation including excavation, Street light bracket, Street light bracket made from 40 mm.as per CPWD Specifications etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule VI : Elevated Service Reservoirs

Elevated Service Reservoir :- Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1(One) Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and 700 cum capacity and minimum 20.00 m staging height 2 nos at locations under the command areas to be served. Lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified including construction of operator room and compond wall in the premises and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

i) 0.70 ML (20 Mtr Stg. Ht.) Zone-4 (2-Nos)

Schedule VII : Clear Water Transmission main :

Double Flanged Non-Rising Type Sluice Valve as per IS 14846/2000 (PD Type) PN 1.0 having seat of body/wedge face ring Gunmetal to IS 318 LTB 2, Stem SS AISI 410 with manual handwheel operation. D) Valve Chamber: Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Drawing, detail engineering , Construction of RCC and Brick masonry chambers for Sluice valve, Wash Out Valve, Air valves, Fire hydrants etc. including cost of PCC and RCC work, cost of supply and bending and binding of steel with required shuttering, cost of plaster from inside and outside, precast slabs, including all the miscellaneous items of work, restoration of the periphery, but excluding the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. including all labour material all lead and lift all work complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

E) Flow Control Valve for Flow Measurement at the DMAs: Supply, installation and commissioning in all respect as per Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, including calibration in third party laboratory, Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064, f as per given specifications for following sizes including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cables, pipe cutting, leveling and installation of flow meter in Electrical panels with locking arrangement, commissioning and erection all complete and pressure transmitter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications at the Outlet of WTP (2 Nos.) and as per direction of Engineer. Design, cost of brick work with plaster from, restoration of the periphery, including the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. The item shall be as per specification, drawing and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

C) Fire Hydrant: Providing, Fixing, testing &Commissioning of Single Headed Gun Metal ISI Marked oblique pattern Hydrant Landing Valve with 80 mm dia, flanged inlet & 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with cap and chain, twist release lug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1993(third revision) (Type-'A') and specifications complete as required including Providing, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Cast Iron Sluice Valve/ Gate Valve confirming to IS:14846/2000 complete with matching flanges, rubber insertion, nuts, bolts and washer etc and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule IX : House Service Connections and Meter Installation

A) House Service Connection: Providing House Service connection from the distribution network pipe lines comprising of PVC Shadle Piece, Brass Ferrule Cock and average 10.0 m. long reputed Brand 3 layer (Outer green coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and inermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R (Poly propylene- random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting etc. including all necessary earth work, restoration of road as per existing condition including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), hooking up of the service connection with the nearby distribution directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

B) Domestic Water Meter and Meter Box : Providing, installing and giving satisfactory field testing of water meter (domestic type) with ISI mark as per IS 779/1994, horizontal inferential multijet type with magnetic drive and dry dial suitable for ambient 50° C |Temperature duly sealed against tampering, complete with couplings at both ends and conforming to class A as per IS 779/1994 (VI Revision) Third party inspection. Water Meter Conforming to IS: 4064 along with manufacturer's test certificate and guarantee certificate, with 5 years warranty, including cost of all materials, reducer, meter box as per specification (15mm dia/20mm dia/25mm dia) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Schedule X : Other works

B) Rail Way Crossing through Jack Pushing as per attached network system in the bid document including all administrative cost and right of Way. The scope includes Fabrication thick with Casing Pipe- Pipe jack for crossing with Jacking and Pushing method. The item include pushing jointing of required diameter MS pipe of required length, construction of Receiving and Jacking pit with suitable shoring and strutting (if required), including installation of jacking platform, thrust resistant arrangement of required capacity including , shoring, shuttering, MS Testing - thick Casing Pipe- Flushing, Hydrotesting, labor, pumping, etc. all complete, as per the approved drawings (including diameter & location) of the Railways and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

Operation and Maintenance ( after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project):- Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and materal, repairing of all components as reqired, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Water Treatment plants ( Existing & proposed)pumps and motors, pumping stations,deep tube wells including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and SCADA systems, it also includes scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system, road restoration, periodical water testing cost, from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge. for Five years as per specificartions attached and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
