Carriage of oil tank of capacity 20 KL from 400 KV substation Sarnath Varanasi to 132 KV substation Manduadih and same from 132 KV substation Manduadih to 400 KV substation Sarnath Varanasi including loading and unloading.
Draining out of complete oil from T/F in empty oil tank (capacity 20 KL)
Dismantling of all parts of 132/11 KV 20 MVA Schneider make transformer sl no-89916 T/F manufacturing year-1974 and HV/LV/Neutral bushing from transformer main tank ,radiators, conservator tank ,PRV, oil pipe , Buchholz relay ,oil pipe line ,opening of electrical connection and proper blanking of open space for replacement of new gasket between conservator to main tank and OLTC etc as per required size of good quality rubberized of KONICA/TRABROZE make at following place of transformer.
Attending leakage of T/F oil of Scenieder make 132/11 KV 20 MVA T/F at 132 KV substation Manduadih by replacement of old and damaged gasket as following-
HV side Bushing(Top and bottom portion)of R,Y and B phase.
LV/Neutral Bushing (Top and bottom portion).
Valve gasket.
Radiator pipe flange gasket
Radiator valve gasket
Radiator air plug gasket
Inspection cover HV/LV side gasket.
Main tank top cover gasket involving the work of opening nut and bolt of the top cover plate (lifting the top cover plate and winding by 20 cm) from its present level, cleaning the oil and removing the old damaged gasket by scrapping and cleaning the top surface, fabrication of top cover gasket as per top surface made from cork sheet joining and punching holes fitting on top surface, fitting the top cover plate and tightening the nut & bolt for proper completion of work.

Complete erection of 20 MVA T/F,HV/LV bushing, turret, pipe lines of transformer and conservator tank ,PRV, OLTC, radiators, oil cooling system tightening of all nut & bolt to complete the erection with all required men & T&P.
Flushing of main tank core and winding by hot centrifuged T/F oil.
Creating of evacuation of 20 MVA T/F for 24 hrs at 760 mm per Hg.
Filling of transformer oil into transformer from 20 KL oil tank.
Centrifuging of oil for achieving oil parameters as per latest norms including testing of T/F (T/F Sl.No-89916)oil as per technical specification from standard lab.
