Supply, lowering and fixing GI Column pipe heavy duty flanged and drilled ISI marked 80 mm bore as per IS-1239, Class C, 3.0 mtr in long flange having 6 mm min. thick, slot cutting in flange for passing of submersible cable incl all jointing material such as bolts, nuts,washers, & packing sheets and connecting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying jointing,testing 150mm DI pipe with class-K-7 spigot socketed ends , conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches connection complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (a) Tyton Joint, Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely. (b) Layout plan for laying of DI pipe shall be given by Enginner-in- charge in writing. (c) DI pipe whole quantity of tender shall be procured by contractor in one time and the same will be paid in Ist RAR as Material llaying at site. )

Supply & fixing , install testing and commissioning of feeder pillar box, outdoor type cubical shape,three phase, 4 wire, Al bus bar for phases and neutral made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, factory fabricated, CPRI approved, powder coated, dust and vermin proof, provn for ventilation, angle iron frame and four legs of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron ,2 ft long grouted on PCC foundation of height not less than 30 cm from the ground level , grouting properly ,and of suitable size to accomodate the items mentioned below and having seperate compartment /chambers for cable gallery busbar ,switch gear etc all as specified and comprising of following including necessary cable connections to the MCCBs, voltmeter, Ammeter and cable lugs etc including danger notice board marking with skull and bones with enlightend lights complete all as specified and directed:-

Supply and installation of flanged ends strainer/dirt box of 150mm bore with stainless steel mesh suitable for water meter for potable water supplies on up stream of water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing, PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe lines including PCC (1:2:4) type B-I (using with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, grouting, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on brick work/flooring complete including demolition making good the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,laying jointing and testing LT XLPE under ground cable PVC insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade sheated 35 sq mm 3.5 core, aluminium conductor including connection to panel at incoming and out going using aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying of bricks well burnt Sub class 'B' bricks for UG cable protection laid in across the cable above the sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Filling of sand filling in trenches using clear dry sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Punned depth shall be measured and paid only)

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less less than 1.6 mtr below normal ground level surrounded form all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and salt and common salt fitting in alternater layers and elsc connection by using GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board of main control board and GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 incldinging excuvation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in elecrical plate No.3 of SSR Part 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI earth strip and pipe of length 7.5Rm from earth test point shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate).

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239, of 150mm sizes laid in trenches or in Horizontal/Vertical/inclined position or laying for connections for connected to out going water main DI/GI pipe line, incl fabrication work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L DI flange fittings of A/F Tee, D/F Bend and DI flange Socket Piece of size 150mm dia bore Equal incluidng required cutting existing pipe connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS flange 150 mm bore ,16mm thick duly welded with flange joint including nuts bolts ,washer ,Rubber or fiber board gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes under road pavment by bocky or manually in any type of soil upto 150mm bore of required depth as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (Horizontal directional drilling method) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment. Preparing new pipe work material including all related civil work and mechanical work like excavation, shoring/strutting etc drilling, stringing, reaming and pulling back the new HDPE and MS pipe work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and ground penetrating radar survey to protect any exiting utilities at the pipe installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as per and STT IS No 2.3.2.2.2.2. second edition 2008 code of practice for trenchless technology suiting Indian condition for making horizontal bore of size upto 300mm dia suitable for HDPE pipe insertion under road crossing /hard standing M&L for HDPE pipe, Jointing and Jointing Material complete of size 250 mm nominal dia of 28.3 mm min. Wall thickness of grade PE 80 for protection of MS pipe to any depth by manually or any means complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) M S Pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Permission required from civil authority / department prior to excution of the work which is the contractor's responsibility and the cost for the same shall be deemed included under quoted unit rates of the item.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as foundation filling and mass concrete, grouting MS frame made out of angle iron, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on brick work / flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, lowering, testing and commissioning of electric driven submersible Mono block open well pump set having discharge capacity 5-10 LPS at 7-21 mtr head complete with submersible motor of suitable HP upto 10 HP, Three Phase including rope to hold and submersible cable of suitable size as per pump capacity, from pump to starter panel complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing , install testing and commissioning of OVAL shape fountain ring made out of Stainless steel pipe of grade SS-304 of size 50mm bore 3mm wall thickness of length 16.50 RM (approx) including welding SS socket of size 10mm dia ( 67 sockets) for fixing of fountain Nozel in four portion flanged end both side complete including tightened with SS nut bolt of suitable size and 40mm SS socket welding for incoming-02 Nos and welding SS socket of size 25mm x 450mm height for standing the ring ground level complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing , install testing and commissioning of OVAL shape fountain ring made out of Stainless steel pipe of grade SS-304 of size 50mm bore 3mm wall thickness of length 14.40 RM (approx) including welding SS socket of size 10mm dia ( 59 sockets) for fixing of fountain Nozel in four portion flanged end both side complete including tightened with SS nut bolt of suitable size and 40mm SS socket welding for incoming-02 Nos and welding SS socket of size 25mm x 450mm height for standing the ring ground level complete all as specified and directed.
