10 Supply, installation , balancing and commissioning of following sizes of factory fabricated Galvanized sheet Steel lead free rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, hangers, supports, etc,.The entire ducting work shall be fabricated out of lock forming grade galvanised sheet steel with specified Zinc coating of grade 375 conforming to IS 277. The plenum and ducting shall be complete with necessary M.S supports such has anchor fasteners , threaded rod of 10 mm , hangers, clamps, brackets , nuts and washers etc, and these M.S supports shall be duly painted with one coat of red oxide paint and two coat of enamel paint. All the flanges shall be provided with 6 mm thick felt neoprene gasket at joints etc.,complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR GUIDANCE OF TENDERERS
1 The schedule of quantities is to be read for the purpose of pricing in conjunction with the special conditions, general rules for the guidance of contractors, conditions of contract, specifications, drawings, schedule of supply of materials and the appendices.
2 The prices inserted in the schedule of quantities shall be inclusive of value of the work described including all cost and expenses, which may be required in and for the construction of the work described together with the general risks, liabilities and obligations not forth or implied in the documents on which the tender is to be based.
3 The quantities stated are to be considered approximate only and the unit prices entered in the schedule of quantities and prices shall apply only to the actual quantities measured in the completed work in accordance with the specifications.
4 All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same.
5 Rates quoted for all items in this tender shall include cost of all materials. Department will not supply any materials other than materials stipulated in Section - VII of the tender and as such the rates quoted must be all inclusive.
