Taking down Electric/Induction motor 40 HP capacity, of any Make/Model from existing position, Shifting to workshop for the repair work, removing the burnt winding, cleaning rotor, stator, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of size equivalent to the original winding including insulated packing materials, Varnishing, Drying etc and installing back to the original position, testing and commissioning on full load for 8 hrs continuous running complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : Bearing & Bush will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

-ditto- but for motor of capacity 1 to 2 HP, 1 phase, AC, 220V

S&F in repairs TC 15 rubber Coupling including dismantling of old unserviceable from shaft complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rewinding Submersible Motor 15 HP, 3 phase, AC, 415V with PVC insulated Copper wire of same Gauge High Class Insulating materials of the existing Size, Varnishing, Heating, etc., for the following capacities of Motor all as specified & directed. NOTE : Bearing & Bush will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

-ditto- but for submersible motor of capacity 25 HP, 3 phase, AC, 415V

Taking down Unserviceable Centrifugal/ Mono Block/ Vertical High pressure Pump Set any type & any Model 7.5/10 HP by disconnecting from Motor, Suction and Delivery Line for carrying out repairs at Workshop by replacing Defective/ unserviceable Parts including Greasing replacement of Packing Sheet, Gland, Stud, Bearing, Cover Sheet & Lath Work of Impeller Shaft, etc. including transportation and Testing & Commissioning after replacement of parts, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Bearing & Bush will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
