Improvement and strengthening of link road from Lower Samnal to Pubowal Chowk via Baliwal Km 0/0 to 11/470 SH Imp. R/wall, CD,GSB,WMM, Tarring work, side drain, CC pavement and road side furniture etc. under Deposit Industry Deptt.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chieselling , wedging out of rock and their intermediate classification of soil , setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the technical specification MORD 2014 clause 302, 1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of road and transportation for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to required width of the road or to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials ,tool and labour if required. Any loss to the public private property during the course to execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all the cases as per the direction of engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.The provision of dumping site will be made by the contractor at suitable place.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excvation of other road structures or other sources in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetre) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty to one hundred KiloNewton) static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications 2014 clause 301 to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. TThe rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) and compacted with 80-100 KN (Eighty to one hundred Kilonewton). static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD 2014 specifications section 300 clause 301 to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including handling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tolls and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work all kind of soil in excavation of structures such as Retaining walls, breasts walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil by mechanical means (Hydralic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains and contruction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deterious material and disposal any lead , dressing of side and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material ordinary soil upto 3.00mtr (Three meter) depth and as dirtected by Engineer-in-charge at site. The cost of all useful material such as stones, shingles and aggregates received from excavation shall be recovered from contractor. All the surplus material shall be disposed of by the contractor at approved dumping location, to be identified by him at his own level and as per EMP guidelines and approval/instruction of the Engineer without any additional cost. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8, {(one cement: four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre nominal size)} on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification 2014 Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Back filling behind abutment, wing walls and return walls complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1204.3.8. The rate shall including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical):(twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. 2014 technical specification clauses 614,709 and 1204 as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge , including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Granular Sub-Base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80 mm (eighty milimetre) as per table 2.30 (two point three zwro) of IRC SP-72-2008 (IRC-SP-seventy two-two thousand eight), spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN (eighty to one hundred kilonewton) static Roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications contained in para 2.2 (two point two), 3.6 (three point six), & 3.7 (three point seven) of IRC SP-77-2008 (IRC-SP-seventy seven-two thousand eight) (By Using fresh material) and as per MORD 2014 technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Chargeincluding entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN (eighty to one hundred kilonewton) weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and M.O.R.D.2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charger including entire carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals and per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
