Providing, fabricating and fixing skylight comprising MS tubular frame of 50mmx50mmx5mm, treated with one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (or powder-coated finish), glazed with 12 mm thick clear toughened safety glass, fixed using EPDM gaskets, aluminium pressure plates, SS fasteners, weatherproof silicone sealant and all necessary accessories. The item shall include fabrication, welding, anchoring to RCC structure, cutting, lifting, installation, sealing, testing for water-tightness, scaffolding, labour, transportation and all materials complete as per approved drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying 3-Seater Sofa of approved design and configuration, having overall dimensions of 2000 mm (L) × 850 mm (D) × 850 mm (H) (±25 mm tolerance), comprising a frame made of seasoned, chemically treated and kiln-dried hardwood with main members of size 100 mm × 100 mm, seat frame members of size 100 mm × 50 mm, vertical members of size 50 mm × 50 mm, leg supports of size 100 mm × 100 mm and secondary members of size 50 mm × 25 mm, complete with 75 mm wide high-tensile nylon webbing. Providing, fabricating and fixing VIP Dining Table having overall dimensions of 4840 mm (L) × 950 mm (W) × 850 mm (H), fabricated from 19 mm thick BWR grade plywood conforming to IS 303, supported on a seasoned, chemically treated and kiln-dried teak wood framework with adequate intermediate members and stiffeners to ensure structural rigidity. The table top shall be finished with 19 mm thick clear toughened glass having machine-polished edges, laid over the plywood top. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with approved natural teak veneer of minimum 0.6 mm thickness and melamine polish of approved finish. Exposed edges shall be provided with teak wood lipping/mouldings of approved profile, complete with all necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware, adhesives, screws, polishing materials and accessories, finished in all respects and fixed in position as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Manager Table of overall size 2200 mm (L) × 600 mm (D) × 750 mm (H) with side credenza of size 900 mm (L) × 450 mm (D) × 750 mm (H), fabricated from 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood and finished with decorative 1mm laminate on exposed and inner faces conforming to IS 303. Table top and gable ends shall be finished with approved PVC membrane finish having waterfall edges, .main table with five drawers and one shutter mounted on telescopic channels and hinges and Side credenza shall comprise two shutters and two drawers on telescopic channels complete with locking arrangement, handles, fittings, fixtures and hardware, fixed in position as per approved drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Reception Table of overall size 2550 mm (L) × 600 mm (D) × 750 mm (H) with side credenza of size 1700 mm (L) × 450 mm (D) × 750 mm (H), fabricated from 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood and finished with natural veneer on exposed faces with Melamine polish. Table top and gable ends shall be finished with approved PVC membrane finish having waterfall edges, laminated all inner faces.main table with four drawers mounted on telescopic channels and Side credenza shall comprise two shutters complete with locking arrangement, handles, fittings, fixtures and hardware, fixed in position as per approved drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Chargee.

Providing ,fabricating and fixing Soil Testing Lab Table of overall size 12045 mm(L) × 750 mm × 750 mm high, comprising legs and frame shall be fabricated from powder-coated MS sections, legs from MS 50x50 mm square pipe ,top frame 50 mm × 6 mm MS flat and top In approved granite with full moulding,Counter with drawers and shutters from 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood and finished with decorative 1mm laminate on exposed faces and inner faces conforming to IS 303. Total 32 drawers of 600 mm (w) mounted on telescopic channels and 5 shutters complete with locking arrangement, handles, fittings, fixtures and hardware . Complete with fittings, fixtures and hardware as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Notice Board of approved size, fabricated from 6 mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS 710 as backing with 12 mm thick soft board covered with approved tapestry fabric, finished with seasoned hardwood lipping and moulding. Timber and plywood shall be treated with approved anti-termite preservative before assembly. Complete with fixtures, fittings, polishing and hardware, fixed in position as per approved drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
