Taking doen carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fitting, bulkhead fitting, tubelight fittings, and regulators etc. keeping in safe custody for refixing serviceable fittings/fixtures and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including making good surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.( To be measured only when found serviceable).

Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick for any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size/ type from trenches / wall / roof etc. for necessary repair/ replacement / re-laying works complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying old serviceable UG cable of any size/ type alongwith brick protection, sand cushioning etc as obtained from taking up/down old cable here in before in trenches/ wall/ roof etc. after necessary repair/ rerouting if directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully submersible pump of capacity up 12.5 to 25HP any make and model from the UG sump by disconnecting electric connection, opening nuts & bolts from delivery line and other connected parts and lowering the same after necessary repair works of the pump set and replacement of nut bolts, gasket suitable size all per requirement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- (i) All T&P required shall be supplied by contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for Strip opening of 3 phase AC submersible 3 HP motor any type and taking out burnt winding coil complete and re-winding with PVC insulated super quality water proof winding wire including seal PVC (water proof compound) and jointing new submersible cable at least 6m long with water proof tape, re-assembling the motor and testing complete . Note : Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of all required T&P including transportation of motor from site to workshop and back to site after necessary repair works.
