Material and labour for laying GI Tubing light grade 100 mm dia for cable potection in road/floor all as specified and directed

Material and labour for GI Pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection in floor/road crossing/along pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe of size 63mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia confirming to IS:14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc. including fixed to wall/roof /pole/trench as required with suitable clamps for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of size 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-75 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole or from any panel and transformer LT cable of any size/description and removing & reuse from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate 600x600x6mm thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing lead buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground connected to GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check , nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate no. 3 including 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh , charcoal dust, PCC pit and 50mm thick RCC cover, earth work in any type of soil connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for replacement of earth pit chamber of size 300 x300 mm (internal dimensions) and 450x450mm(External) with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick with 12 mm dia MS hook of suitable size and shape for lifting and MS angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 4 mm including GI funnel with wiremesh complete all as specified.

Material and labour for fixing of display Board of 60cmx30cm for earth pit made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet welded on angle iron legs 0.75 mtr long (02Nos) of size 40x40x6mm duly embedded in PCC block 1:2:4, type B-1, using gradedcrushed stone aggregate, of size 23x23x30cm fixed in ground including necessary earthwork. Display Board shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. The following is to be written on the board:- a) Earth Pit No. b) Checked on c) Next due date.

Cutting and uprooting grass, vegetation shrubs, bushwood undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measure one metre above ground level) in and around electrical sub stations, two/four pole structures and removing rubbish to a distance upto 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge all as specified. Note:-(I) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day will be recoverd per complaint(ii) The cost of tool & plant & Excavation work rate deemed to be included (iii) If any sapcial item like End Joint /Straight through joint /extra cable /protection pipe required for complete/done the complain shall be meauserd respective BOQ and also free of fix by contractor if provided by department.

Material and labour for repair to LT panel board indoor / outdoor type of any capacity having Incomming & out going MCCB , MCBs, timer switch and power contactor by carrying out the following works:- (i) Cleaning incomer switches, bus bar & out going switches etc thoroughly by mechanichally. (ii) Replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, screws, thimble etc as per existing. (iii) Replacement of Incoming / out going switches as per existing make & model. (iv) Replacement of timer switch and cortractor as per existing make & model. (v) Replacement of control wiring with suitable size as per existing copper wire (vi) Making the locking arrangement functional including welding if required (vii) making proper connections for out going / incoming cable by providing suitable thimble as required. Note:MCCB , MCBs, timer switch and contactor shall be measured and paid separatly as against respective item of this BOQ /provided by Departatment fixing only.

Supply and fixing bus bar chamber 63 Amps 8 way of suitable size with 4 strips 63 Amps bus bar aluminium with suiatble space for incoming and outgoing. Bus bar fixed on insulators in zig-zag position, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor /outdoor type 11/0.433 KV transformer of capacity up to 315 KVA from existng platform/4 Pole/inside sub station Lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air force station(both tech & resdential) as directed by Engineer-in-charge with and including re-installation by means of arrangement and testing and including additional/alteration of foundation according manufactures complete all as specified and directed . Note : (a) Installation of transformer , testing and connecting the both HT/LT cables , commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and loading at full load shall deemed to be included in quoted rates . Supply and fixing in replacement oil temperature gauge 0 -120 degree analogue dial type for transformer complete all as specified & directed

Servicing of voltage stabilizer by Disconecting the LT incoming and outgoing main cables of any size ,strip opening of the voltage stablizer of capacity from upto 200KVA , draining out the oil into a cleaned container (The container shall be arranaged by the contractor ).Lifting up dimmer and transformer with help of tripoid and chain pulley etc (The T & P shall be arranged by contractor ),checking of all the parts ,cleaning and servicing of the container,dimmer,transformers coil and allied parts including replacememnt of minor parts like nut bolts ,connecting wires ,rubber seals /packing etc. and reassembling the volt stablizer complete (in reverse order.).Refilling oil after dehydration and filtration/cleaning by centrifuging machine including testing of samples before and after dehydrations and filtration complete, and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable connection, commisioning and testing of the volt stablizer on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: (I) The cost of dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule (ii) The repair/ replacement of the major parts shall be measured and paid seperately )

Material and labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil in servo volatge stablizer /isolation transformer by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength / strength/insulation value upto 65 KV/40KA (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers including insulation testing of oil with the help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV test complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted . (ii) Test result report of transformer oil before and after dehydration is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concern . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process . (iv) additional quantity of transformer if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item .

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approved by Dept. and writing the MES /SM No with white paint as directed to Servo Volage Stab. indoor/outdoor of capacity upto 200 KVA installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fixing in replacement of digital display unit (Auto control card) suitable for servo type voltage stabilizer with complete wiring suitable for 50 to 200 KVA stablizer. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Dimmer coil (Variable/Auto transformer) suitable for servo voltage stabilizer with complete wiring suitable for 40 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of motor gear assembly suitable for 40 to 200 KVA capaicty servo type voltage stablizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Dimmer gear assembly suitable for 40 to 200 KVA capacity servo type voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Ammeter of Range 0 to 500 Amps with suitable size of C.T. (Digital type) for servo type voltage stablizer 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Servo motor 10 K.G. torque for servo type voltage stablizer 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Carbon Brush for servo type voltage stablizer of 40 to 200 KVA capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Servicing of isolation transformer indoor /outdoor type of capacity upto 200 KVA after disconnecting electrically and mechanically, dismantling carefully , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete , taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections , removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core , replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, thimbles, silica gel,top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable LT connector , cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge , insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeves and fire proof tape , varnishing the coil , keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture , painting of complete body , marking MES/SM number etc replacement of conservative tank glass , re-installing thr core and winding inside properly , making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , re-installing the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing , conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,with testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note : (i) Winding wire for making of coils ,HT/LT bushes , new transformer oil will be measured and paid separately . (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for the repair duly signed by Engineer-in-charge before re-installation . (iii) Cost of transportation shall be included in the unit quoted rate .

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for Isolation Transformer of any type of capacity upto 200 KVA , painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of suitable paint as per existing one and writing MES/MS No with white paint on black circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
