Dismantling the following items of work and conveyance of debris away from site and stock the reusable materials at places as shown by the departmental officers

Flat & pan tiles or Mangalore tile over flat tiles without roof timbers

Doors and Windows including removal of frames, hinges and fastenings

Brick / Stone masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls & racking out joints 20 mm deep

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(Upto 2m depth from Ground Level)

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10 (One cement, five M.sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and filling of Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:11/2:3 (One cement One and half M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4" ) including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost .)

Providing of pre construction anti termite treatment in foundation, back fill treatment, top surface of plinth filling, treatment along the perimeter of the building, under and all round of column pits, pile caps, wall trenches, and basement excavation, over top of plinth filling at the junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and surroundings of pipes, and conduits etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers with a guarantee of ten years.The plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment.Chemical emulsion / Composition shall be got approved by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1: 3 (one cement and three P.sand) 20mm thick including curing finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1: 3 (One cement and three M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the Partition walls including hoop iron reinforcement curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1: 5 (one cement and five P.sand) 20mm thick including curing finishing etc., Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm * 23cm * 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confoRming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) windows of casement type (Open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM nd 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin heade plain or borwn colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work etc. ,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

FLOORING with scratch proof premium grade Double charged VITRIFIED TILES of approved quality and colour OF SIZE 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.008m in all floors over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.sand) base above the existing bed concrete and pointing with same colour cement added with colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of CRCA Pressed Steel box section 18 Gauge or 1.25 mm thick for DOOR FRAMES of size 100mm x 60mm including providing holes & fixing wooden blocks for fixing furniture & fittings etc., without bottom, with necessary rebate of 30/15mm to house the shutters using cold rolled steel plate confirming to ISI specifications including rigid butt joint, nut and bolt assembly with nylon inserts not to be welded with special purpose hardware pre cleaned including phosphating as per ISI with rust preventive primer and ready to assemble condition for easy installation at site including dismantling making necessary chippings and holes in RCC coulmns,beams masonry tec., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers in all floors.

Supplying and fixing in position of Medium Density Fiber board (MDF) flush shutters with exterior of nominal thickness of 38mm single or double shutter of any size conforming to ISS 12406 with necessary rebate cutting external lipping all round with latten dried soft wood including the cost of required aluminium anodized furniture fittings with necessary aluminium and chromium plates screws and the shutter fixed to the rebate in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the wall surface using best quality of PLASTIC Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

PAINTING the wall surfaces with TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion paint of the approved colour and quality for outside wall surfaces as per Specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work)

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COAT of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work.)

Supplying, applying and finishing the old/new wall surfaces with two coat of plaster of paris putty white/colour using best quality colouring pigments. Putty surfaces should be finished smoothly with emery paper as required by the departmental officers etc., complete complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter PVC pipes of approved quality (FINOLEX) and best variety conforming to I.S.S and with I.S.I. Mark including cutting threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to orginal condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accessories necessary for fixing in position etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers
