| 2.00Photo Voltaic (PV) Modules :- The PV modules must conform to the latest edition of any of the following IEC/equivalent capacity of 540/545/535 Wp solar photo voltaic modules,BIS Standards for PV module design qualification and type approval: Mono Crystalline Silicon Terrestrial. Crystalline silicon solar cell modules conforms IEC 61215 / BIS 14286, Thin film modules IEC 61646 / Equivalent BIS, Concentrated PV modules IEC 62108 / Equivalent BIS, PV modules (for contruction & safety) must conforms IEC 61730 (Part I & II )/ Equivalent BIS., PV modules corrosive atmosphere IEC 61701 / BIS 61701, PV module in sandy environment must conform IEC 600068-2-68. | ||||||
| 3.00Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID),which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture(separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin : Make in INDIA only . (v) I-V curve for the module (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module (viii)Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate (x) Other relevant information on traceability of module as per ISO 9000 series.Note:RFID shall be mandatorily placed inside the module laminate. (xi) Makes of panels provided shall confirm to MNRE specifications/standards and must be registered in the ALIMM. (XII) 0.25% spare quantity of modules shall be provided by the contractor for repair/ replacemnt purpose. (xiii) Additional modules shall be provided by the contractor to meet t the specified power output, in case the requied output is not achieved during testing and commissioning, at no extra cost. (xiv) Each PV module used in any solar power project must have and RF identification tag. (xv) Any damage done to water proofing/roof structure/ Galvalume Sheet during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost. (xvi) An indicative single line diagram is attached herewith as per Appendix 'A'. However the detailed drawings shall be provided by the contractor as per the specifications of the contract for approval of the Accepting Officer. (xvii) All drawing shall be submitted with in one month, and necessory approval from the Accepting Officer shall be obtained prior tothe actual commencement of the work. (xviii) Any other item/work requied for the successfull commissioning of the project. Nothing extra shall be paid. (xix) The contractor shall inform to the CWE/GE for pre-dispatch inspection of solar modules at factory premises. The factory inspection and testing shall be carried out by the nominated rep of accepting officer. The inspection & testing at work site after installation arragement shall be made by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. | ||||||

te Minimal technical requirements/standards for SPV systems/plants to be deployed as per MNRE are mandatorily to be complied within the design. (b) all the Components- Country of orgin (Make in INDIA only)
Grid Tied Solar String Inverter-20 KW (3Ph):- Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Grid connected string solar inverter outdoor type, minimum IP 65 rating of 20 KW AC output at 50 o C ambient temperature. Minimum european efficiency of the inverter shall be 98% load as per IEC 61683 standard for measuring efficiency. Maximum DC input voltage shall be 1000 V and inverter supplied shall have upto 10% additional DC input capacity. (Array to inverter ratio 1:1) , 3 phase AC Nominal output voltage 415V (with ±10% range). frequency 50Hz (±10% range) PF at rated output capacity:1 (with range from 0.8 lag to 0.8 lead), Total ITHD :3% , Operating temperature range : -20 o C to +60 o C. All inverter should consist o associated control, protection and data logging devices and remote monitoring hardware and compatible with software used for string level monioring all as specified and as directed. Other important features / protection required in the inver are as under :- Notes : (i) Automatic morning wake up and nightly shutdown. (ii) Mains (Grid) Over-under voltag and frequency protection (iii) Galvanic isolation and fool proof protection against ISLANDING . (iv) Included authentic tracking of the solar arrays maximum power opeation voltage (MPPT). (v) Array ground fault detection. (vi) LCD and piezoelectric keypad operator interface menu driven. (vii) Automatic fault conditions reset for all parameter like voltage, frequency and / or black out (viii) Metal oxide varistor (MOV) type surge arrester on AC and DC terminals for over voltage protection from lightning-induced surges (ix) Provn for input and output isolation (x) Invertor shall be installed on GI stand made by the angle size 50mm x 50 mm x 6mm. Structure burried in ground and shall be 450mm above ground level. Grid connectivity : Relevant CERC/RERC regulations and grid code as ammended and revised from time to time shall be complied. Invertor shall adjust the voltage and frequency levels to suit the grid complete all as specified and directed.

The module frame will be made of corrosion resistant materials having aluminium anodized finish.
The bidder shall carefully design & accommodate requisite numbers of the modules in the available area (refer topographical survey) to achieve the rated power in his bid. Note-: Shadow analysis report of the site has to be submitted along with topographical survey . The same shall be incorporated in designing in designing of solar plant in PV syst/PV sol/ NREL software.This report has to be vetted from MNRE approved organisation/ NIT / Govt Research Institute and submitted to Eng-in-chare by the Contractor.
The modules must be compatible with Inverter MPPT range.
The module shall be provided with a junction box with either provision of external screw terminal connection or sealed type and with arrangement for provision of by- pass diode. The box shall have hinged, weather proof lid with captive screws and cable gland entry points or may be of sealed type and IP67 rated.
Balance of system (BOS) items/components: The BOS items/components of the SPV power plants/systems deployed under this project must conform to the latest edition of IEC or equivalent BIS Standards /MNRE specifications / as specified para 1.01 of minimal technical requirements/standards for SPV system/plants to be deployed during this financial year under the programmes of MNRE available on MNRE website as on last date of quoting of tender.

The Structure shall be of Fixed type and the design of mounting strucutre shall be as per IS code.
Module Mounting structure:- (a) Mild steel structure, Hot Dip Galvanised of 80 micron thick, corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with material used in modular frame mounting Structure Shall be used confirming to IS 2062 : 1992 Galvanization shall conform to IS-2629, 4759 & 4736 as applicable. (b) The structure shall be mounted either directly on RCC roof or PCC block of suitable strength which shall be be prepared on RCC roof to withstand the load of the mounting structure. The fastners shall be of stainless steel to fix the mounting structure. (c) It should have suitable strength to withstand windspeed of 180 km/hr .The contractor shall submit the design, length, section, detailed layout etc. of the structure and walkway and will be approved and finalised by Garrison Engineer. Module mounting structure shall require to be customize with respect to the site availability.Test certificate of galvanization shall be submitted by contractor. (d) The contractor shall submit structural design on Stad- Pro based on Wind load The design have to be vetted from NIT/MNRE approved organisation..The mounting steel structure shall be as per IS 2061-1992
All fasteners shall be of Stainless steel-SS 304 Nut & bolts, supporting structures including module Mounting Structures shall have to be adequately protected against all climatic condition.
9(a) M&L for DC cable insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured cable, UV-stabilized , FRLS single core flexible copper of size 4.0 sqmm
Supply & fixing of Earthing wire insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured cable, UV-stabilized , FRLS single core flexible copper of size single core copper 25 sqmm of reputed make drawn through PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.
S & F U-PVC, 20 mm dia ,type A as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed water pipes of suitable length to cover the whole plant area with provision of nozzles outlet every 10m in order to clean the PV modules complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. The cleaning system shall be connected to the water source available at site.The cost of supplying, installation and testing of washing and cleaning system of PV modules is deemed to be included in quoted rate.All as specified and directed.
Note:- (a) Number of inverters / PV modules and other components should as per site requirement or OEM Design. Design of structural drawings of module mounting structure alongwith design calculations shall be submited by the contractor duly vetted from MNRE approved organisation/ NIT/ Govt Research Institu
