Taking down old water proofing treatment with plaster and M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over and including bitumen tack coat 5kg/10 sqm and over a coat of aluminium paint after laying of APP memebrane with primer complete including removing of rubbish out of MD land all as specified Note : cutting chasing and embeding of APP membrane at parapets walls or similar works is included in the quoted rates.
