Daily sweeping, cleaning complete covered area as well as open space around premises & removing all dust & dirt on all floors, including removing all stains from the surface if any as per area shown by EIC including collecting the swept materials, provision of movable garbage bin and dumping the same at the garbage near Ramdas chowk dumping yard including cost of cosmetic materials, tools & plant, labour etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (aprrox. area = 3400 Sq. Mtr.)
Mopping the floors one time one day, once with phenyled water and second with plain water for all floors as per area shown by EIC including cost of all materials & labour and disposing off waste water etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (aprrox. area = 1800 Sq. Mtr.) Note : a . One operation consists of mopping once with phenyled water and second with plain water. b. minimum 500 ml. Of phenyle shall be used for one operation and quantity required for one month shall be kept in the store in advance.
Daily mopping the toilet block thrice a day with phenyled water and second with plain water, for toilets including cleaning & washing glazed tiles dado, urinal pans & channel, IWC & EWC, wash basins, mirrors with suitable cleaning powder / cleansing agent & scrubbed with appropriate brush etc. glazed surfaces should first be applied with this paste of cleansing powder / agent and rubbed uniformly with cotton waste / plastic soft, sponge for complete cleaning inclusive of all cost of materials, tools & plant and labour for carrying out the above cleaning etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (aprrox. area = 152 Sq. Mtr.) Note : a. Minimum 250 ml. Liquid soap shall be used for one operation and quantity required for one month shall be kept in the department store in advance. b. Minimum 500 ml. Phenyle shall be used for one operation and quantity required for one month shall be kept in the department store in advance. c. All soap dispensor shall remain filled with liquid soap / hand wash of approved make. d. All urinal shall be kept with V-screen mat
Removing cob web from all location including cost of labour, tools such as ladders, brooms with stick etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Frequency of cleaning shall be once in a month.) (aprrox. area = 1950 Sq. Mtr.)
Removing all types of chokes carefully from the wash basins, urinals, w.c. As & when required by choke remover / rodding or other suitable means wherever found necessary including thoroughly removing the dirt, laying in & around the area and disposing offi etc. inclusive of cost of labour, tools & plants complete all as directed by the Engineer - in-charge.
Cleaning & dusting off window glass panes, ventilators / louvers glass, aluminium shutters, aluminiumfied panels, etc dusting with soft duster, and staircase hand rails, glass panes, service shafts of toilets and cleaning of flush door shutters of office rooms, toilet doors, panelled doors of W.c. etc. including washing with soap water and with plain water wherever necessary without causing damages to adjoining areas, also cleaning of white glazed dado tiles of toilet, water cooler area etc. including cost of materials, tools & plants, labour etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Frequency shall be once in a month) (aprrox. area = 1950 Sq. Mtr.)
Providing technical assistance by deploying one Electrician cum Supervisor with valid Electrical licence and minimum academic qualification 12th Std. with working knowledge of computer, shall be deputed seperately by the contractor daily to supervise the work and report to Engineer-in-Charge. He shall maintain allotment, handing over keys, taking over, inventory checking, check for damages if any, the account of daily labour and cosmetic materials issued to the labour daily and the register shall be kept ready at any time for verification by the Engineer-in-charge. If the deployed no. of labours are less than requirement, deduction of wages as per the reduced labours shall be made from the bill of contractor. He shall report to Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis. Note : In case of no work at Shakuntalam hall, the supervisor will be utilised at other location under TTM-I unit.
Replacement of existing damaged suspended false ceiling sheet using 1200 x 600 mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted Armstrong ceiling tiles( Armstrong Ceiling Systems or at approved quality of approved manufacture) wherever required Tiles having 16/15 mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile(TEGULAR or Equivalent) placed in a suspended existing Grid of Size of 1200 x 600 mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil where in the main tee of size 24mm x 32mm pre suspended at 1200 mm centers alongthe length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200 mm pre inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600 mm centres are thereafter indirection vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size24x25x600 mm pre inserted to form grid of size of 600x600 mm resting on the periphery walls on wallangles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffures, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings and as per directions of EIC. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the helpof welding to MS truss/ steel memberof 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel leveling clips including scaffolding etc.Complete all as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. Note:- While placing & fixing the false ceilling sheet the damaged in existing grid system shall be restored without any extra cost from the Department.
a) ARMSTRONG tile models of 'ELITE-16MM / FISSURED- 16MM'/ Classic lite-15mm' Note:- The rate shall include the cost for the following:- i) Vertical masking if any shall be measured under this item without any extra cost. ii) Providing necessary openings for light fixtures,diffusers, trap doors etc. to be made as per Existing or layout drawings. iii) The main tees to be suspended from the main truss/ structural members with welding and 4mmdia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel leveling clips. iv) The entire grid system as designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15kg/Sq.m. v) Actual replaced false ceiling sheet area will be measured for the purpose of payment.( Exclude thickness of members)
Repairing the existing loose / missalined / rumpled suspended false ceiling system size 1200 x 600 mm of Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted Armstrong ceiling tiles having 16/15 mm thick, fixing the same in position made with the level of existing false ceiling of suspended Grid of Size of 1200 x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil where in the main tee of size 24mm x 32mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centers along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters, wherever required including replacement/ repairs of cross tees of size24x27x1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600 mm centres and there after indirection vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size24x25x600 mm shall be inserted to form grid of size of 600x600 mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm wherever required including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffures, trap doors etc to be made as per existing pattern and as per directions of EIC. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of welding to MS truss/ steel memberof 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel leveling clips as per existing pattern including scaffolding etc. complete all as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. Note:- Only damaged members of false ceiling shall be considered for replacement to bring is level condition and rate may quoted accordingly. Note: The rate shall include the cost for the following:- i) Vertical masking if any shall be measured under this item without any extra cost. ii) Providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc. to be repaired without any extra cost. iii) The main tees to be suspended from the main truss/ structural members with welding and 4mm dia. G.I wire with galvanised spring steel leveling clips. iv) The entire grid system is designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15kg/Sq.m accordingly members/ section shall be used to sustain the load.
Providing and fixing second class C.P. teak wood of required sizes and sections for repairing the styles & rails & battens of panelled and battened cladding / flooring at all floors, including carefully removing the existing pannelshutters & removing with fittings & fixtures, damaged / decayed teak wood rail/ styles/ battens and plywood panel of shutters, cutting, plaining & jointing the wood, providing and fixing necessary screws and glueing the lap joints with synthetic adhesive fevicol or equivalent, plaining & finishing the new wood work to match with old work in proper line and level including cost of fixing the door shutters with all fittings & fixtures with one coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on new work and one coat of paint over entire surfaces of shutters etc. disposing of debris out side colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
