Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Supplying and filling in plinth with local sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing 3 mm thick GI PVC coated chain link fence having gap 50mm x 50 mm ( GI wire thickness 2mm, PVC coating thickness 1mm) and height of 1.50 m fitted with GI staple or binding wire to the angle posts in proper position complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.( Angle post to be paid seperately).
