S&F collapsible steel gates, side hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc. As specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brakcets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any description) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, krbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo cast in situ of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Distmantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size (300x200mm/350x250mm/450x350mm) of 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps etc conforming to IS-13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed/backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, partitions etc weight not less than 0.55 Kg/RM with powder coated anodised snap beading joining clips for fixing incl fixing aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minium anodised coating of grade AC-15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to partition/door frame with CP/brass/stainless screws@ 200mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation including handles, roller etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
