Providing, fabricating and Placing in position Executive Office Desk (L-Shaped Configuration) having an overall arrangement comprising of one Main Executive Desk of size 1800L × 750D × 750H mm and one Side Storage Unit of size 1800L × 450D × 600H mm, positioned together to form an L-shaped executive workstation. The complete desk shall be manufactured using solid White Ash Wood, White Ash Veneer & HDHMR Board. All external exposed surfaces in Grey Tone shall be made using HDHMR 18MM sheet with Solid PU finish and all natural wood finish surfaces shall be made using Solid White Ash wood and White Ash Veneer. The table top shall be made in White Ash Veneer and will have a 40mm thick appearance achieved by providing suitable built-up edge made using solid White Ash wood lipping below the top. The Main Executive Desk shall be provided with an integrated storage pedestal comprising three drawers of size 400mmLx170mmH fitted with telescopic drawer channels of Hettich, Hafele or equivalent approved make and stainless steel satin finish handles. The Side Storage Unit shall comprise three drawers 400mmLx170mmH , 02 open shelving compartment and 02 nos closed storage cabinet with 01 nos of shelf inside with hinged shutters, all matching the approved design. The desk shall be provided with one Pop-up Box on the main table top and one cable manager on the side unit top for concealed cable routing. A full modesty panel shall be provided below the main desk using HDHMR 18MM sheet with PU finish . All necessary hardware including concealed hinges, telescopic drawer channels, stainless steel handles and accessories shall be provided of approved make. The item cost shall include all materials, labour , transportation, installation, etc complete in all respects as per approved drawings, specifications and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position a high back chair with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood and the back shall be made of metal insert pipe frame padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and (19+12)mm thick having density 23kg/m³ in back. The seat and back shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 1mm thick and 571 GSM of approved colour and shade. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide full back support as well as head support. The chair shall be supplied with chrome plated arm having black integral polyurethane top. For seating durability the chair shall have knee tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism having four position locking and tilt tension adjustment with anti-shock feature which provides back strength for the chair. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 65mm with gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The Pedestal should have five legged made of MS CRCA chrome plated having pitch circle dia. 700 mm fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors which shall be made of injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon, confirming to industry standards tested to perform 98,000 cycles with 250lbs load. The seat size shall be 480±10 mm(D) X 475±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 465±10 mm(W) X 690±10 mm(H) from seat. Overall height shall be = 1160±10 mm, overall depth = 620±10 mm & overall width = 570±10 mm. The seat size shall be 460±10 mm(D) X 480±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 485±10 mm(W) X 510±10 mm(H) from seat. Overall height shall be = 980±10 mm, overall depth = 600±10 mm & overall width = 570±10 mm. Providing, manufacturing and fixing in position of Office Workstation having overall size of 1140L × 600D × 2150H mm. The workstation shall be manufactured using a combination of 18 mm HDHMR Board with Solid Coloured PU Finish, Solid White Ash Wood and 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood, complete in all respects as per approved drawing. All Grey finished surfaces shall be manufactured from 18 mm HDHMR Board finished with premium PU Paint in approved solid colour, including all exposed edges, to achieve a seamless finish. All natural wood finished surfaces including exposed table top, cabinet shutters, side panels, back panel, modesty panel, shall be manufactured using 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood with 10 mm solid white ash wood lipping on all exposed edges, finished in approved stain shade with PU clear finish. No laminate shall be used on any exposed visible surfaces. Each workstation shall comprise one Table with side partition (1140L × 600D × 750–900H mm), one wall mounted overhead cabinet (1140L × 300D × 800H mm), one wall mounted back panel (1140L × 18T × 600H mm) and one pedestal storage cabinet (450L × 450D × 680H mm) placed below the table top, forming one complete workstation unit. The table top shall be 36 mm thick, fabricated using 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood with an additional 18 mm build-up below the front edge to achieve the required thickness. The side partition shall be fabricated from 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood. The overhead cabinet carcuss shall be fabricated using 18 mm HDHMR Board for all grey finished members and 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood for Shutters. Cabinet back shall be 18 mm MR Grade Plywood in matching finish. The cabinet shall be provided with two shutters and one adjustable shelf inside. The wall mounted back panel shall be fabricated using 18 mm White Ash Veneered Plywood, as per approved finish.
