Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position noty otherwise spcifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling overhead water tanks, of any description, of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), 35mm thick, with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, elc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of second class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessaty' labours; articles not exceeding 200 cu.cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, cold rolled, butt hinges, 50mm size, medium weight, ISI marked and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, cold rolled, butt hinges, 100mm size, medium weight, ISI marked and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium anodised, 200mm long, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium extruded alloy handle, 150 mm long, fabricated type, anodized, ISI Marked complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement Note: Demolition of concrete measured separately.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, with glazing bars, with side hung shutters, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, AZ-150 conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based Plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fix GI OREO Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595 x595mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to from a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size of 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to from grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opeining for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butter fly level clips of size 85x30x0.8mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main "T", bottom exposed width of 24mm of all "T"sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. GI metal ceiling lay in perforated Tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595mm and 0.5mm thick with 8mm drop, made fo GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 grams/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece complete all as per manufacturer;s instructions and as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floor over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, exterior grade, (Endura series) (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm and 10 mm thick , laid in floor over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including roughening of concrete as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, printed glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:4), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plastering including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified in Clause14.22 of MES Schedule Part-I and as directed. Note: 1. Rough cast finish shall be provided as under:- After applying under coat of CM 1:3 and while it is still in plactic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine aggregate (which is generally of size between 4 to 8 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. 2. Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel butt hinges of size 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth for foundation etc; or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS)

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceab;le MCCB, DB along with MCCBs/MCB and MCB DB plug & socket boards along with MCBs of any diescription and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and paint touch up to match with existing finishes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling/wall fan or exaust fan, of any type and description after disconnecting all electric connections carefully, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and spray painting, washing with proper washing powder solution including filling cavities with filler material and matching with existing surface level finish, spray painting with two coats of super enamelled paint of approved colour after cleaning all dust, writing MES No with black colour permanent marker etc. and hanging ceiling/wall fan and fixing exaust fan at same or other location as directed and connecting up including provision of three core flexible cable 23/ 0.0076 size from ceiling rose to connector of fan drawn through PVC flexible conduit pipe and testing on fixing complete all as specified and as directed.
