COMPREHENSIVE MAINT TO SOLAR WATER HEATER, HOT WATER APPLIANCES AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT ZONE 1 UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Taking down storage type water heater from wall by disconnecting the electric connection and water inlet/outlet connection from main and repairing the water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and make, at site complete all as directed.

Refixing storage type water heater storage type capacity 25/50 ltrs of any type and checking the serviceablity of all parts of such as inner vesser, rubber gasket, non return valve, heating element, thermostat etc and refixing the same after replacing of unserviceable parts and assembly completet (considered as one unit) and installing and testing the same as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note :-Supply only for parts against unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relavent items given below.

Supply only heating elements, 1.5 KW ISI mark 230 volts Make -THEETA/Hotmax/Elcon

Ditto all as per serial item no.03 above but 2 KW. Make- Theeta/Hotmax/Elcon or equivalent.

Supply only thermostat immersion point ,Length 175 mm to 250 mm , Temperature 0 to 75 degree C , 230 volts/AC Make - THEETA/BAJAJ/HOTMAX/ELCON.

Supply only safety valve for 25/50 ltr geyser.

Supply only pressure releasing valve for 25/50 ltr geyser.

S&F in repair connecting sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth metal clad plug and socket complete, with one double pole MCB 20 Amp Make : Havells/ Standard/ HPL.

Supply & Fix in repairs Three pin plug top, 16 amp capacity, 240 V AC, heavy duty (Make : Anchor, Havells, Indoasian )

Supply & Fix in repairs MCB SP 16 Amps single pole,B curve, 230volt, 50 Hz Complete all as specified (Make Legrand, Havells ,Indoasian )
