Demolition of RCC of any descrition such as chajja, Parapet wall, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slab and in shelves and etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for form work through finished surface of soffits of suspended slab as roof slabs, floor, landing and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof including also taking down existing APP membrane & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed.

M&L for cement concerete 1:3:6, type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concerete in roof padding etc complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of old Roof wall/ concrete surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.00 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm), laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles bedded in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and pointed with cement mortar (1:1 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25xcm x 20 to 22 mm thick,with gray cement and no pigment machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick scereed in CM (1:6) with and including liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures specifications, as in roof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete, all as directed.

Carefully chipping, removing existing loose/ damaged concrete with plaster from Columns by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the existing sound concrete and exposing old reinforcement upto 10mm beyond corroded reinforcement bars using electrically operated diamond concrete saw blade making the edges straight and even and cleaning it by wire brush and then by air blower and removing/disposal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. (Hard concrete should not be removed by force). Height upto and including 4th floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structural element/ brickwork including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F. (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638). (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Height upto and including 4th floor complete all as specified. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed. Make: SIKA/ Fosroc/ Pidilite or Techno Commercial or equivalent make.

Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum, M-25). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm to 10mm size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 25mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual Chisel or standard power driven percussion type all of approved makes incl tapering of all edges, making square shoulder of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacturer's instruction and specification, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance from the site as directed complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- SIKA/ Fosroc/ Pidilite or Techno Commercial or equivalent make. Note : Complete treatment to be executed by approved applicator.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to lengths, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including cost of material, labour, tools and plants incl welding/L-clip/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified nad directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment & washing the surface with pressure water on old external/ internal wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for applying two coats of wall care putty on wall suface as per application (a) Applying one coat 1.5 mm thick wall putty on cleaned surface after that grind the surface and clean the surface with broom and prepare the surface for second coat. (b) Applying 2nd coat of 1.5 mm putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M&L for applying one coat of primer on prepared surface wall using roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M & L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint Apex Advcanced Dust Proof Emulsion using roller surfaces complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore pipe including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store omplete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 27.00 above but refixing 15 mm dia ,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (wall, ceiling and floors etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanise with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolition and breaking up or taking down PVC/AC/CI/SSW 100mm bore pipe drain pipes, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including PVC holding clamps, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand mixed with integral water proofing compound trowel even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces. (b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K(Dr Fixit) on cleared RCC surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) as recommended by manufacturer. (c) Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical Pidifin 2K as per manufacturers recommendation.
