M&L for testing of wet riser system of high rise bldgs (JCOs/ORs/JSA/Signal Regt/New OTM bldg) complete with all connected panel and valves on Monthly basis incl minor repair of panel, gauge and other equipment complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Testing of fire fighting system shall be carried out through reputed agency having minimum 05 years experience in fire fighting works. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted by bidder for approval of Accepting Officer before commencement fo work. All major items mentioned in above schedule will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for testing of fire fighting system (i.e. alram, sprinkler etc) of high rise bldgs (JCOs/ORs/JSA/Signal Regt/Signal Centre) complete with all connected panel and valves on monthly basis incl minor repair of panel, gauge and other equipment complete all as specified and directed. Repair/maintenance, testing, fault identifications, rectification, trouble shooting, necessary software and firmware upgradation, of existing Fire Alarm Panel alongwith detectors, manual call points, response indicator, hooter and control modules (as per details mentioned here-in-after), installed at at NEW OTM Bldg (Command), including checking, testing, cleaning of all detector, checking termination of installed devices and re-commissioning of the entire fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed:-

New OTM fire fighting installation consists of :- (i) 02 nos Fire Alarm Panel (one in basement and other in first floor area) (ii) 1358 Nos Sprinklers (ii) 587 Detectors (iii) Manual Call Point - 88 Nos (iv) Control Module - 61 Nos (v) Response Indicator - 196 Nos. (vi) Repeater panel, fine garphics work station. (NOTE: The work shall be executed through authorised dearler/ distributor/ partner for "Siemens" fine product line and must have entitled commssioning engineers.
