Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover, including taking down of DB’s, meter board any type all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/size including wires, conduits/batten etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable of copper conductor multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked not less then 20 mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc concealed in wall , ceiling , floor etc, pressed MS Sunken boxes in wall of required size and colour for switches and sockets, 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) PVC insulated (green insulation) copper conductor FRLS earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one 5 pin socket out let, 6 Amps on Independent board with the cable 1.5 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost for MS Sunken Boxes, Hylum sheets are cutting, chieseling and cutting the wall/Ceiling for conduit fixing, The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

All as per Srl item No 03 here-in-before but for one power point 6 pin 15 Amps socket out let with 2.5 Sq mm stranded copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated including earth wire 2.5 Sq mm copper conductor FRLS cable connected to earth dolly complete, all as specified and directed. Note for Srl Item No 3 to 4

M&L for submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 4 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable anytype ac, new install on wall INVERTER split AC wall mounted units indoor/outdoor (Latest model -2025 Year) complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 Star rating, environment freindly R-32 and ISEER>= 5.0, cooling capacity>=5000 watt of capacity 1.5 TR as comprising of the following:- (a) 1.5 Ton capacity using eco friendly refrigernt cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control draining out arrangement manually adjustable cover for cool air from front with and inter connection with the condensing unite etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) One No condensing unit of 1.5 Ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor ,condensing fan motor ,condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) additional length for copper tubing if required at site shall be supply and fix by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Rate for filling of hole with white cement /POPshall be included in item rate. (iii) Old serviceable any tye of AC is deposited to MES Store without any extra cost.

(b) One No condensing unit of 2 Ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor ,condensing fan motor ,condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Desert Cooler of minimum capacity 90 Litre size not less than 26'X26'X37' inch and water tank height not less than 9" inch having single phase 230V, 50 Hz, electric driven with minimum air flow 5500 M3/Hr, cooler made out of Heat treated Powder Coated painted GI sheet minimum size 1.2 mm thick 18 gauge fitted with heavy duty fan motor capacity 250 watt , 1400 rpm with water level indicator, fan speed regulator of suitable size, water pump control switch/knob, three side honeycomb pad with suitable high flow submersible water pump 18/20 watts, and minimum 2.0 mtr long connecting wire of suitable size 3 core with 5 Amp plug top. Complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation,commissioning of Water cooler "Eco Freindly, R-32 Refrigerent" fully food grade stainless steel, anti corrosive pre-coated body, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 150 ltrs, Eco friendly refrigerent, cooling capacity 150 ltr/hr, Energy efficient compressor. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures single pole and neutral earth enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps, 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
